Couple things on my mind lately. #1: I am so sorry for destroying that Dixie Chicks album some decade and a half ago out of protest to the band's outspoken questioning of George W. Bush and the Establishment's 9-11 narrative. I wonder how many hundreds of thousands of other soccer moms are finding peace through processing the rightous anger sparked by 9-11 Truth or any other one or combination of the million lies we've been told by profoundly corrupt authorities, "(#Pizzagate) is all fake news" being just the latest epic lie. Learning to channel the righteous anger and other manifestations of grief through honest verbal expression and dialogue, seemingly unrelated creativity, self-care or self-empowerment behaviors, boycott and other boundary-setting has been a full-time job. Seems like this process has been going on for years for me, but I am finally seeing a great deal of similar sentiment in the collective. I now feel like I am surrounded by others who understand my outrage, and I understand their's. They will not feel as alone as I did even just a couple years ago, I hope. These last 10 years or so of rabbit hole tours and very difficult "awakening" while working in an extremely demanding profession (again, all thanks to the Dark Side which has infested everything) have been very real, all too real it appears for my soon-to-be ex-husband to handle. And that brings me to:
#2, the sorry details of which I'll just keep to myself due to how ridiculously convoluted and tragic it all is. One benefit to the Dark's shock and awe mind f*@! has been that it lessened the sting of finding out I was being told even more lies by the one I thought I could trust the most. I suppose it was also Karma for some of my own past bad behavior.
The last few weeks could have been a lot worse, so I am expressing gratitude to a Universe that provides me gradually more insight, more peace, more healing and more energy to press on despite enduring some very difficult truths and disappointments. I am learning to trust that this beneficent Universe holds much better plans for me and all of us than we can even fully conceive of at this time, but it will require a few more acts of courage, continued detox and discourse, as well as progress in the direction of building healthy symbiotic relationships and systems to replace the dying parasitic ones. I am starting to see concrete positive signs with the emergence of spokespeople like Dr. Pieczenik, Robert Kennedy Jr., and others in the more awakened and empowered public taking action to guide those of us more disempowered, less enlightened and/or slogging through the deeper trenches of this war.
Multiple organic and synergistic processes are happening at individual/human micro levels and the group/systems macro levels. These processes now clearly overlap and are speeding up the widespread mobilization of solutions. The massive disclosure processes that have been going on for some time now by the alternative press will culminate soon with the most disturbing information, according to researchers like David Wilcock. It truly cannot be that much more disturbing than learning that every nook and cranny of government and industry is infested with psychopathic elements, sadistic creeps who enjoy hurting others, especially children on a massive scale. The hypnotic trance that they used on the public, allowing them to get away with unprecedented atrocities worldwide is now faltering. The large-scale disruption provides the motivation to make the changes needed to save our species and the planet. Below are examples of "dots" that one can connect at the surface level in just reading the headlines. Spending some time, however, in taking in the initial difficult information, I want to assure the viewer that in almost each difficult or apocalyptic piece, one can also fully appreciate the seeds or sprouts of healing solutions introduced.
No decorated tree with shiny packages under it this year at my place. Some may call me "Humbug", but I am happy to celebrate Holy Days simply and in private without going into even more debt to bolster the damned system. The Grinch stole Christmas a long time ago, 1913 or perhaps 1871. Maybe next year We the People will finally have it back, once the veils of Saturnalia and the rest of the lies have been cleared.
Speaking of lies and other fakery, the real liars are outing themselves daily and are only solidifying convictions for at least 70%--probably more of the US Public who no longer trust the Fascist Lite Establishment Media (FLEM). What a fabulous acronym to describe the Jimmy Savile and Pedocrat-protecting, war-and-disease profiteer-assisting Brownshirt talking heads and Operation Mockingbird newsprint propaganda-pushers.
The good news is their gig is up. Tipping point was reached years ago. Smart people are starting to cough and spit out the FLEM. Collapse of this Toxic Establishment is so near--and probably to happen the first quarter of 2017, according to some sources linked below. I know it will be hard for a few weeks, maybe even a few months or even years. Russia went through it after the fall of the Soviet Union, and we'll get through it as well. Lancing and cleaning out a large, necrotic wound is quite uncomfortable--for some perhaps even risky, but it must be done. Preppers have been warning and prepping for years. Insiders have been throwing us juicy bites regarding "White Hats" for some time as well. Then there's the talk of NESARA, Global Currency Reset, etc. that's been going on for at least a decade if not longer.
What has taken so long to collapse this beastly system is that the criminals have had inertia and outrageous technology working in their favor for a few years. Who knew about the Exchange Stabilization Fund until maybe a few months ago. The debt slavery system that assists The Beast has had layers upon layers of protection that are all starting to fail. Karma is catching up, according to signs that can no longer be hidden. Once gravity starts to hit everyone in the wallet (once the Establishment's minions can no longer be paid), nobody is going to be arguing about who is faking the news, who is trying to steal elections, who has been overthrowing democratically elected governments all over the world, who has been withholding cancer cures and clean over-unity energy technology from the masses--or the ugly conspiracy facts concerning horrific elitist cults that employ the ritual rape and murder of children to placate their demon gods.

On the Disclosure Topic of Chemtrails and Geo-Engineering

In this episode Regina interviews meteorologist Scott Stevens, one of the few in this profession with enough courage and integrity to speak out on chemtrails and losing his job soley because of this, particularly as it became clear to him that Hurrican Katrina was geo-engineered terrorism by our government. Watching this program requires a Gaia TV subscription costing about $10/month. Maybe it's $7.99/month. I forget, but I know that it's much less than Cabal Cable crap served up to us on a dish. It is the cost of learning the truth, and it's possible that Gaia TV is still running a $0.99 introductory special. I don't own stock in Gaia TV, and I don't work for them either.

They go on to discuss how the planned gun confiscation and FEMA Concentration Camp "rehabilitation" of patriotic North Americans did not happen because utter chaos on the streets of the US did not break out in a large way. These global parasite "elites" keep arming the police forces with paramilitary weapons and uniforms, they keep training and arming their proxy armies, be it the Taliban, Al CIA-Duh, ISIS or the more domestic Soros-funded "protestors" and other NWO minions, keep fomenting more and more division between white and black, Christian and Muslim, rich and poor, homosexual and heterosexual, Zombie and Non-Zombie, but the large scale degeneracy and chaos they seek never really breaks out.
This is a huge point that is frequently under-reported, ignored or forgotten by the more cynical of Alternative News journalists. Every once in a while I will read how an insider is speaking about this, noting how the Cabal geniuses are absolutely befuddled over examples of humans altruistically providing each other assistance, examples of cooperation, honest humanitarianism during hard times, the kind that Bill Gates long ago forgot--if he ever practiced. This basic human inclination of genuine kindness has been inbred and beaten out of these so-called "elite" Cabal families with their practices of ritual torture starting in the formative years if not on the very day they were born. Most people know nothing of these practices nor have they the stomach to learn about them. This is probably going to be the most difficult aspect of the Disclosure Process, learning all about the super-sick elite's secret projects like MK Ultra, Project Monarch, and the Satanic practices of ritual torture, including the raping of babies and human sacrifice. Again, genuine kindness is thoroughly beaten out of them. They are taught to view kindness as weakness, and it may take years of therapy to rehabilitate such people, but it is quite possible to do so even much more rapidly given the application of certain breakthrough PTSD therapeutic technologies. Once these important data points given above settle into a person's big picture, one is able to make a number of huge leaps in consciousness. More on that "leap" in a future post. I need to add one more thing, however before moving onto the next gem, and that is this cooperative and kind behavior is not an abberent or freak one isolated to human nature. One can find innumerable examples of this loving kindness throughout all of nature and even between species. Symbiotic relationships between species are so common, they are actually easy to miss. And predictably this phenomenon is not widely discussed by our Cabal Co-opted Crap Media or other Rockerfeller-funded institutions where one is taught to fear everything, that the Universe is a godless/soul-lessly dead billiard ball arena with random events creating "life", that all life is "dog-eat-dog", survival of the "fittest", the fittest equating to the most brutal, the most unempathetic, perhaps even the most sociopathic; and Mother Nature is a harsh mistress that must be beaten into submission. Their secret god is Satan, and he's informed his elect, these so-called "elite" of all this, and yes, it should sound like utter bullshit, but this is a taste of the cool-ade they've been drinking.
And lastly for Disclosure Gems, corbettreport (YT): Dallas Ambush Follows Pattern of Provocateured False Flags. Not even a week past the events as they come almost weekly now, and my favorite alternative news outlets all seem to see past the Mockingbird Media's spin, warning of inevitable civil war between whites, blacks, police and non-police, requiring the "common-sense approach of gun control" (ie: the repeatedly attempted widespread confiscation of guns so only the morbidly wealthy and their political pawns have access to guns and the ability to effectively "defend" themselves). There is even a consensus forming on the telltale signs of such psychological operations such as concurrently planned "drills", ads placed for "crisis actors" weeks before the event and original reports of multiple shooters changing to "Lone Wolf Terror" (See Dallas Shootings: Official Story Predictably Changes to 'Lone Wolf Terror' .) I would not be surprised to read how some researcher is mapping out a mathmatic relationship, perhaps one that fits a golden ratio with the ever decreasing time it takes to spot such government-contrived terrorism against its own taxpayers. How long will it take to reach a critical point and just end?
Another weekend, another week of insanity survival followed by a whirlwind of thoughts, hopefully some insights. I want to share. Where do I begin?
FULL DISCLOSURE
I read a couple articles recently, David Wilcock's "Just Say No to Partial Disclosure" and Starship Earth: The Big Picture's blog post on the "Partial Disclosure" possibility. I have a humbly small readership, and there is a very real chance that most of my audience will not know what is meant by partial disclosure. In essence it is "Limited Hangout" on the many coordinated activities of the parasitic ruling class that pulls the strings of our political figures. JC Collins, a blogger with a few good insights, likes to call this group the rent-seeking elite. I stopped reading his blog at least a year ago because I couldn't stand it. That term might not seem so collosally inappropriate if this "elite" crowd weren't into ritually raping young children and babies before these same so-called "elites" sacrifice them to their gods for favors. This is probably their biggest and ugliest secret that they will do everything within their power to hide, throwing us all kinds of treasured secrets like anti-gravity or free energy technology, secret space program history, dozens of large museums filled with giant human skeletons and other Raiders of the Lost Ark-style artifacts; perhaps even Federal Reserve audits showing clear evidence of large-scale Quadrillion-Dollar Ponzi Schemes. Massive fraud and hoarding amazing technology that would forever end all pollution for "National Security" purposes is one thing. RAPING BABIES AND SACRIFICING THEM TO LUCIFER IS YET SOMETHING ENTIRELY DIFFERENT. I bet you agree.
I'm guessing that a significant percentage of readers who started reading this post may be lost by now as some will not be able to handle at least this particular disturbing information, thinking it to be fantastically sensational allegations. Satanic Rituals with child trafficking networks to support them? Please stay with me, if you can, with the idea that if this disturbing info is true, it is absolutely necessary to face it and understand it in order to end it. Remember, something is definitely not right in our world. Almost everyone can now agree that we have strong evidence of systemic corruption in the halls of power. How deep does this corruption run? I and many others alledge that it runs very deep. We have not only the Christian Bible that outlines just such an epic good versus evil struggle, but a number of indigenous traditions that speak of this battle that we are witnessing today. And solving a problem requires acknowledging the problem exists. It will take more than just a charismatic presidential hopeful to solve our problems, More on that later.
Just consider MK Ultra or any of the other US Congress' Church Committee revelations. Web-search this or the whistle-blowers including FBI insiders like Ted Gunderson (see this video) who speak of Satanic Cult pedophile networks, with these same insiders like Gunderson ending up mysteriously dead after they come forward. A number of people at least appear to be bravely sacrificing their lives in order to get some very disturbing information out to us. We need to listen. We need to share this with others, and we must process it together. At some point there may come a time when we'll need to stop a flash mob of very angry people. We will need to actively forgive or reconcile--if only for our own sanity because holding onto anger does nothing good for a person's mind, body or spirit. The more we do of this openly, the more we are able to model for others the ability to process very difficult information, put this information to use by stopping present crimes, then to put it behind us in a healthy way, freeing up more energy to heal some major collective wounds.
I encourage all to web-search and dig into the history of the Khazarian Mafia. Be aware like with everything else out there now that we're starting to question as Truth versus disinformation meant to confuse and disempower the majority of humanity, the history of the Khazars is also not completely clear. A significant portion of the "Alternative" community speaking of conspiracies, degenerate secret societies and the now disparaging term "Illuminati" are probably speaking of the activities of this secretive Khazarian Mafia.
Anyone still with me and still in doubt, please consider how every few years now, we have information surfacing in the mainstream media news about networks of pedophile priests in the Catholic Church and their protective hierarchy above them also involved in these heinous crimes. The victims or their families are financially compensated, then all is quiet for another few years. Then it happens again. A few dozen more "bad apples" removed from the barrel, and for the most part we never ever have a close examination of the obviously 2000-Year Rotten Apple Barrel known as the Vatican. This bloody institution was actually birthed by the crumbling and equally infamous Roman Empire doing everything in its power to save itself. It did just that by hijacking Christianity.
I dearly appreciate Benjamin Fulford and the work he is doing, but I just about stroked out to hear him in his latest white-washing for the Vatican after paying $10 to watch the video. See the March 9th post with the link to the site where you can purchase the pay-per-view and most of the video really is worth watching--or you can wait until March 19th when it will be released to the public for no charge. If you're like me, however, you may want a strong cup of chamomile tea in your system before you do sit down with it. Ben Fulford, like the majority of us, have our blind spots. We need to gently (or not so gently) guide each other into examining these blind spots, which are very likely there due to deliberate hypnotic programming. We need to debrief and deprogram each other, cover each other's backs as we exit this horrific matrix.
I don't know how many hundreds of thousands or perhaps even millions (or is it BILLIONS?!) of victims of the Catholic Church we need to consider for there ever to be a true, adequate accounting. The very consideration of this long, dark, ugly history that includes the Holy Inquisition, the murder of God-only-knows how many so-called "heretics" reveals a history that makes the Nazi German Holocaust or relatively recent Islamic Terrorist Jihads look like mere misdemeanors. If it were only that centuries-old brutal history, that would be one thing. The problem is we keep seeing a repeat of the "Sorry that we protected child rapists from justice and kept moving them from parish to parish to parish without telling you" apology OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN.
A great deal of "Full Disclosure" information is Out There right now, at our fingertips--if we were only able to process it, or break the hypnotic trance that has us trusting our ritual abusers. It is very much like being in an abusive codependent relationship, and this may be at the heart of the warnings regarding the "partial disclosure" scenario that David Wilcock references. The truly damning truth that no one can deny about the Catholic Church, information that the church hierarchy has already confessed, apologized for and just continues to dole out repeatedly every few years is just part of it. At some point the hypnotic trance needs to be broken. We need to be able to say that We Deserve Better, Our Children Deserve Better. I am at a loss as to how people can just dismiss the crystal clear pattern given the multi-millenial history of it, of abuses of power of every conceivable kind: Murder in the name of Christ, fraud, hoarding historical treasure and information within its secret vaults, and their obviously quite current systemic pedophilia. Curiously, this same pattern of systemic pedophilia exists within many cultures such as the Khazars and other power structures. The curious tale of Sodom and Gomorrah speaks of a culture that degenerated into ritualistic gang rape of young boys. This culture appears to have been stamped out by another group or entity that utilized nuclear weapons. I have a great deal of respect for Ben Fulford, but I am calling upon him and all like him who defend groups with long histories of raping children to consider their tendency to do so to be strong evidence of cult brainwashing. A number of people associate the idea of "full" disclosure with revelations concerning the long history of extraterrestrial humanoid visitation as well as visitation of other intelligent life to our planet Earth, perhaps even the seeding or genetic manipulation of humanity by many different groups over the ages, possibly over hundreds of millions of years for different purposes. Some highlight historical documents that reference angelic beings that assisted the "good" humans of other times, like the angels who came to Lot, helping him and his family get out before the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah. This poorly understood history is only part of it. Full Disclosure involves not only all of this fascinating and compelling "Ancient Aliens" info, but also the archeological evidence emerging like the information presented by scientists exploring sites like Gobekli Tepe. The emerging information strongly challenges the current paradigm that humanity is only a few thousand years old. Now let's add into the mix that some of the ruling class or "Illuminati" families' whistle-blowers also claim that they're directly related to some of these extraterrestrial civilizations. We have as well information surfacing regarding breakaway civilizations that have allegedly been living in underground caverns for very long periods of time, which presents for us a solid image to pair with the metaphorical Rabbit Hole we're apparently exploring right now.
The point I want to make is that we have droves and droves of information at our fingertips at this present time, not just on the Intenet, but in books like the Bible. We don't even really need a data dump. It would be nice to have more researchers with integrity and fewer blind spots--researchers that we can trust to do some more leg work and dot-connecting. I believe that even more than the new information, however, we need to cultivate an active spiritual life that involves prayer, meditation, communion with Source, whatever You call that Higher Power; also uniting with others, assisting others in kind works that strengthen both giver and receiver, assisting the planet in healing, group meditation activities, etc., all these and other such things spoken of by "asshole hippies from outer space" that thankfully keep interfering with our parasitic leadership's apparent plan to decimate the planet with nuclear war.
An active spiritual life to balance the current intellectualistic materialism is absolutely needed right now to make a course correction that will save us from a great deal more suffering. I strongly caution just getting involved with any church, especially Christian, even more especially a Catholic Church. Don't ever let your children be alone with a Catholic priest, and please don't put any money into a Catholic Church collection basket. (Ok, end of rant.)
When I read my Bible, I do so as I would any other book. IT IS NOT MY GOD. Reading the Bible without utilizing critical thinking as well as heart-level and gut-level intuition is unwise. Christian churches are nice places to start in exploring and fellowshipping with others, but there are a number of Internet communities like Prepare for Change doing a great job in currently delivering Full Disclosure. Communities like ECETI are also assisting with Full Disclosure. Uniting with others and participating in empowering/self-healing activities will help us with Full Disclosure, and more importantly, in taking our power back from despots in suits. Governments--ESPECIALLY THE US GOVERNMENT WILL VERY LIKELY NEVER GIVE US FULL DISCLOSURE. Finding the like-minded self-help communities will move us toward Full Disclosure, however, and processing this difficult info together will also.
Many are discovering at this time that we have many seemingly supernatural gifts which have nearly been beaten out of us over the thousands of years of persecution by the then and now Powers-That-Be (or Powers that Were, some like to call them). Legendery abilities like the power of clear insight, the power of miraculous healing are gifts of the spirit that were written about in the Bible. These gifts include remote viewing and activating the pineal gland, the "Third Eye". The power of belief or placebo can be a wonderful gift, and there is some curious info emerging on how this Placebo Power is becoming even more powerful. Ultimately, at least this is what is spoken of in the Bible and indigenous prophesy of many different cultures throughout history--that these currently difficult times that we are living in will be endured; these so-called gifts of the spirit will be developed and will help many of us navigate around a great amount of the B.S. deliberately put in our way.

On October 9, 2015, a mysterious explosion at a Washington State dam almost killed several people; POTUS Imperius Illuminati Puppet Obama arrived in Oregon State to threaten more erosion of the US Constitution's Second Amendment, with talk of imposing more gun control measures upon all citizens, including many law-abiding, crime-fighting/crime-preventing United States citizens. A number of other lone wolf, apparently psychotic and patriotic young males went on shooting-sprees or so it appears in gun-free zones. Also on this Friday, October 9th, 2015, as many people end their busy workweek they find the MSM propaganda press having to explain how Russia is now in Syria bombing the US ISIS Mercenary Monster Creation, and how the US federal government isn't ok with that. (Check out this curious piece of the Fog of War Puzzle brilliantly illustrated by TruthStreamMedia YT.) And to top off the MSM Sensational News Healdlines the US federal agency NASA (which should stand for Nazi Aerospace Scientists of America) announced that a massive asteroid will just barely miss grazing the planet, but do they mention which part of the planet it will just barely miss, no they don't. But don't worry. They say we're safe. And what else happened, you might ask. Well, you probably missed some of the biggest news of the last 70 years in all this crazy consent-manufacturing flurry: China announced that they have just successfully out-wrestled the petro-dollar.
9-11 is in many ways the final straw. It re-opens the old wounds inflicted by the Kennedy & MLK assassinations and the Church Committee revelations. It causes us to look back in history at all the various warning signs that have made mainstream news such as Operation Paperclip, Tuskegee, and Watergate. The resulting epiphanies can lead to understanding with regards to African slavery, the decimation of indiginous populations, the necessity of child labor laws and antitrust laws because of industrial greed.
With this perspective one can clearly see we have had an infiltration of apathy and complicity with regards to psychopathic "elites" within the US and globally within corporate structure so profound and thorough, it can overwhelm the psyche. One wonders what else this 1% has done and is planning, and what exactly will it take to end it. It either leaves a person incapacitated by paranoia and/or depression or empowered through transcendence.
Perhaps you've opened your mind to accept even a portion of the evidence alluding to the existence of a highly coordinated and secretive network of sociopaths, a so-called "elite" organized crime syndicate; how it has thoroughly infiltrated world governments and businesses, every aspect of life over the last few decades if not the last few thousand years, effectively gagging or binding the hands of many influential people with conscience through bribery, extortion, intimidation, and brutal assassination. Today with small effort even a youngster can see a pattern of widespread, low-level or cummulative poisoning with toxins in our water, food and air, leading to sky-rocketing chronic diseases and dumbing-down of awareness. People are waking up, however, detoxing and deprogramming from this and the mass-media hypnotic technology, the socially engineered lifestyles that include deprivation of basics like food or sleep, the use of chronic stress and other tricks routinely employed by notorious cults--which is exactly what this organized crime syndicate is. They have effectively enslaved large numbers of people, but that is starting to change. If you've considered that secret societies are real and that they appear to have had a hand in infamous terrorist acts such as the one which took place on 9/11/2001, then you are part of the solution, the healing, the beginnings of a 100th-Monkey type of evolution in consciousness.
You would be among the 20-some-odd and growing percentage of benign, non-sociopathic people who question what "the authorities" tell the masses to believe. You might scoff at their ridiculous Coincidence Theories now more than the conspiratorial. Perhaps you are ready to consider in a very mindful way that spiritual battles, and spiritual evolution is taking place in every aspect of life. This is not an easy or comfortable thought, unless you are thoroughly secure in your person. Many people still ask "Who am I and why am I here?" What is the meaning of Life? These kinds of questions left unanswered or worse--unexplored--will have a person feeling naked and vulnerable.
I encourage readers to more fully open their aperture of conscious awareness to include spiritual considerations, if you aren't currently and mindfully doing so already. This means simply to consider that if an all-powerful divine source created everything, INCLUDING YOU, then perhaps you have within you a direct line of communication to explore this Source and the very powers that the parasites are abusing. This is what all the great avatars like Jesus and the Buddhas taught. If you have never meditated, find a source to learn. Then be confident you will come well-prepared to the Court of Public Opinion. It is now in session. Let us examine the evidence being laid before us relating to our currently highly dysfunctional world that has all life teetering on the brink of extinction...
So much is happening on many fronts, it's difficult to not go numb. The birthplace of democracy promises to light up the dark recesses of collective consciousness with a fiery display of something I'd like to name, Iceland 2.0. No guarantees, just my prayer, mine and a few other thousand, maybe a million people awake and aware of this event in progress. It would be a difficult but good place to start. It might take a year of some serious detox, debriefing and deprogramming of what portion of the Western World's people remain alive a year from now. We, like the Japanese somehow continue to call this charade "democracy"--like the East German "Democratic Republic" before its fall. I've heard about some destined global consciousness light bulb "aha" moment causing a lifting of our spirits, the dissolving of our collective amnesia and the rebooting of our divine and physical hard drives with our divine gifts. Sounds outrageous, but so does their shutting down of nuclear weapons that the psycho elite have been just itching to use to cull the population. Only the most brainwashed will deny their existence now, and we have substantial evidence demonstrating that some of them possess empathy and benevolence and will act to protect life. Also, despite the elite's thugs efforts to make us lose interest in such topics, many of us care about this, watching programs like Ancient Aliens, but would rarely admit to it for fear of ridicule. Yet about half the population now will tell a pollster that, yes, they believe in the existence of life outside of our planet. Now... Should we depend upon these benevolent beings intervening without doing everything we can do to resist the current sociopathic world order, I don't think so.

I need to veer just slightly off track and into my own personal career move to direct patient care again. Most people don't associate chronic stress with poor health, probably because our faulty corporate medical & healthcare models emphasize the lack of research that clearly makes that connection, a likely deliberate lack of research; the lack of pharmaceuticals (or the right ones), their woefully lacking funding for finding the cure for all the mysteriously skyrocketing disease or faulty genetics as the main reasons for poor health. The American Corporate Beast also ignores or rationalizes away any evidence their products cause ill health. "Diet and lifestyle" reasons for poor health exist, yet with a canyon-wide disconnect when it comes to spelling out what exactly poor diet and lifestyle means. While a growing segment of the world is now outlawing GMOs, few US doctors will ever tell you to eat organic, non-GMO food. Few AMA/CDC-Slave MDs will ever discuss how the risks of adjuvants in vaccines like aluminum and mercury can outweigh the risk of illness with the influenza virus. More doctors are now finally starting to admit that chronic stress isn't good for a person, and they should know. We have depressingly few positive role models successfully working within the system.
"GMO-shmo," I heard one of my coworkers say. She and the rest of my colleagues routinely drink the popular questionable "energy" beverages or conventional sodas, daily eat fast food or candy at break, then bemoan the textbook illnesses or injuries that follow, with little if any regard for possible connections. They are able to connect, in general, for statistical purposes--for the general public--poor health and function with poor lifestyle choices, but it does not apply to them personally. This disconnect is likely a direct result of the poor brain function that results from such poor lifestyle choices, and a person cannot fully savor this truth until detoxing from cortisol, adrenaline and high fructose corn syrup, as well as the corporate culture programming that rewards the employee who deprives themselves of adequate sleep in order to keep their MBA bosses smiling.
Chronic stress bio-chemistry and the highly-pushed coping through GMO high-fructose corn syrup, alcohol, etc. (EVEN GMO CORN-DERIVED VITAMIN C) leads to inflammation and eventual death of every living human tissue, manifesting first in poor oxygenation, the literal shrinking of brain tissue, the resultant loss of the ability to think rationally or ethically, memory problems, the eventual electrolyte and mineral imbalances and clogged arteries within the body. I like to think the latter may have everything to do with what is going on in government lately. It makes it easier to understand and disarm. Fight or flight. It can manifest in temporary insanity if you don't "keep your wits about you". Chronic stress can lead to routine switching off of higher reasoning centers, accounting for higher rates of smoking among healthcare professionals than within the general population. I struggle with nicotine addiction as well, and I understand its hold, but will I ever smoke more than 3 cigarettes a day ever again for any reason, no. It is what I know the lungs can barely handle. It is this last demon I wrestle with.

The most common and supposedly least-harmful thing I see used by my peers is candy. Yet this isn't the candy we knew growing up. The delicious chocolate bars and sodas now contain the insane biotech industry's latest-greatest GMO high fructose corn syrup. You've probably already learned at some time that high fructose corn syrup isn't good for you, but this Freaky Frankenscience creation now has pesticide inside the product that can't be washed out. The pesticide lands in your gut where it kills beneficial flora, allowing harmful germs to take hold and eat holes in your gut. Heavy metals and other crap that might have found its way into the toilet instead ends up in the blood. The combined disruptions caused by neurotoxic food additives and fluoride, GMO, pesticides, heavy metals in the air from covert aerosol geo-engineering programs, endocrine-disrupting plastics everywhere, and other industrial pollutants like dioxins I suspect more expediently lead to diseases like cancer that we just can't seem to cure despite the billions of dollars we continually dump into supposed health "research" coffers. They ask me at the checkout counter at the gas station or hardware store now if I want to donate something to finding a cure--I go off sometimes...
Predictably come more mysterious diseases like Fibromyalgia, Autism, Irritable Bowel and Leaky Gut Syndrome, a host of supposedly mysterious autoimmune disorders like Multiple Sclerosis and Lupus. The pharmaceutical industry conveniently has a number of treatment options you may be able to afford if you have insurance. And again, conveniently, Obamacare will force US Taxpayers to help you pay for these treatments. No cures exist, nor will they ever exist within this fascist model of healthcare.

This is Kool-Aid Day, folks. Well, more like Kool-Aid year. It will for most take longer than a day to perish as the fated Jonestown cult-members did. That is, unless you've been drinking fluoridated water your entire life and chewing aspartame gum routinely, faithfully getting your annual flu shot, and then you still contract the flu or Ebola, then it's closer to a week's stay in the hospital that will tragically end with some MRSA infection.
Like in Jonestown, many will drink. I see drinking. I'm literally and figuratively working overtime to keep loved ones from mindlessly making this choice. We will likely see chronic diseases like diabetes continue to rise, I predict, to a Kafkaesque 80% before the lawyers that carved into Big Tobacco can no longer be held at bay by their corporate fraternity brothers. They're already salivating, some stabbing each other in the back to take away the prized TB-infested dumpster meat. This may be Kool-Aid Day for us, but it's Dumpster Day for them.
At this point all that many of us can do is pray. Some are praying for the release of the Global Accounts, Dinar Paycheck, etc., but I contend that this is the wrong focus. True, we will see a number of positive global financial changes happen once we have healed enough to just reach out to our long-denied spiritual faculties. A global reset means nothing in the face of the physics of Methane Extinction Events. We need our cortexes perfusing to handle that one. If you don't need to hit rock-bottom with such grim Newtonian Physics Reality, then please spare yourself that corner of the Rabbit Hole.
We have an holistic spiritual side to ourselves that has been neglected in favor of materialism, the explicate order billiard ball universe with all of its sex, war, agriculture and other supposedly necessary technologies for 6 out of 7 days of the week--for God-Only-Knows how many thousands of years now (some say 26,000, citing astrological cycles and highly-suppressed archeological evidence chronicling benevolent civilizations' apparent existence many more thousands of years ago). One out of seven days has been spent learning a disastrous series of lies, mainly that a wrathful and capricious god appoints pedophiles and other sadists to act as intermediaries between "Him" and "you", that separation is not just inherent but "His" dictate, punishment for our ancient ancestors eating off some forbidden tree; that belief in reincarnation will earn you pain, death, ridicule, a shortened professional career and even a lobotomy; that Jesus, Mohammad, Krishna, the Buddhas and the saints reached highs that we, the mere couch potato masses will never attain without giving up everything wonderful and living in a cave.
What little I can discern from the True Spirit that breathes Chi or Life into every part of the Universe has encouraged me to stop praying for George Soros' death, that Dick Cheney, Henry Kissinger and others like them die. "We can't help you out there," I feel Them/He/She/It say in my heart. "Do pray for their exorcism and their true enlightenment, however. Here We can assist," I'm told. It is as simple as that. But people have to find this out for themselves, I'm also told. Speaking or writing this experience to others may help to encourage others' inquiry and discovery of similar things.
Life-affirming forces are in "mop-up" operations at this time, I'm also informed, despite the grim appearances, with our leaders still under the momentum of influence of negative forces that have been allowed to be in charge for some time. They were charged with teaching us that it's just a better idea to choose good over evil. Why the f*€😁 it may have taken 26,000 years to pull this off is still a question The Kind Voice of the Universe has not answered me yet. The foul wind has died, but the inertia sending these sociopathic elite in the direction of making their usual deranged and sadistic choices is still somewhat in effect. When we pray in favor of our leaders coming to their senses, it does do some good. The power of prayer is well-studied now. Whether one calls the phenomenon a result of "placebo effect" or God's Hand is a matter of perspective, but plants shouldn't experience placebo effect, according to the hardliner's own linear thinking. The data is conclusive, however, that prayer, intention, consciousness, etc. has impact upon our everyday material existence. The madness will end when enough of us pray and pay more attention to bonds that unite us, that unite us to the Divine, our spiritual nature, our spiritual gifts, things I believe many of us can now sense. Many of my impressions are confirmed by others who dare connect with non-local reality. Some people still need a sign of prosperity packages being released, however.
