Another week, and I am still a non-smoker, a veritable miracle given my Achilles Heel has come to visit.
I cannot delve into too many details, but I will discuss it because I believe in the power of transparency over the power of secrets. And I must say that I'm now beginning to understand the term "negative greeting", discussed in the Law of One.
Just when a person thinks they are living a fairly high vibrational lifestyle, spreading light and love in the world in very real daily ways, advancing in ability to forgive, let go, etc, not perfect by any means--but doing a C+/B- job at least, here comes The Universe to test out those beliefs. Am I truly the light warrior that I think I am?
I was just getting accustomed to the feeling that either safe distance, healing or some other buffer had been placed in between my ex-husband's family and myself--especially the most toxic, belligerent, male chauvinistic elements of it. Just days ago I learned the very patriarch of that family has come to be in my world, only yards away from me every day. He is not directly in my care, thankfully, and will never be due to our checkered past and this family's proclivity for letigiousness. I am also grateful that due to his condition, he may not even know I am nearby. Yet he is now within my bio-field for a significant portion of time. I thought I had let go of the past, but obviously I have not and better deal with it before karma slaps my face again.
This man who I hesitate to even call a man--I prefer to think of him as a humanoid with cockroach and reptillian genetics (and I will refer to him henceforth as "Jack", a pseudonym)--has taken me to court in the past to more quickly collect on his grandson's debts, and even before this had helped to effectively rally a multifaceted attack against me during a nasty divorce, at least up until the time the family learned that their golden child who could do no wrong was found half-dead in his truck by his own doing, something I tried to warn everyone about.
My ex was on his way from Texas to California, his truck packed with an astonishing assortment of weapons, indicating to the family that he was probably on his way to kill me, my current husband, my daughter and then himself like so many others with similar alcohol-driven control-freak and violent tendencies, yet with all the Good 'ol Boy skills needed to talk his way out of trouble--99% of the time. Can't put up enough charm and wit to talk a blood clot out of hanging out in your carotid artery though.
My ex-husband's venom and toxic energy eventually turned like a boomerang on himself (--in the same way we see happening in a larger fractal view with the so-called "elite" ruling class), but since he has the same curiously resilient genetic make-up or energy that propels his grandfather, and a great deal of love and prayer rallied duing his recovery, he is now walking and talking, cooking a fried egg sandwich when he wants one, despite having no functional left cerebral hemisphere in his skull anymore. It's really an incredible story that could have found its way into an episode of Oprah. At times his violent tendencies still find routes for expression, but he's now effectively limited by hemiplegia, inability to read, gun safes, and living hundreds of miles away from me, someone who brings out the very best and the very worst in him.
Many of the females in this family cope with such toxicity using other toxins like nicotine. For years I fell into this same groove. Now that Jack is now residing within my home territory, I am dealing with nicotine cravings on a moment by moment basis again. A greater level of healing needs to happen in my life, and while I am working towards that for now I am having to utilize every tool at my disposal to disperse these nicotine cravings: Deep breaths, mental games like recalling all the
reasons I am glad to be a non-smoker, eating a healthy snack, Er Dzogchen meditation techniques, journaling...
Something that has been on my mind and in my heart of late that strikes me as an idea that needs to hit the blogosphere bigtime is a close look at a movement called Bio-hacking and how it appears to be promoted by the same closet-eugenics-promoting transhumanists who want to cultivate and expand their toxic, destructive, and fascist ways, yet somehow overcome their endemic and deadly limitations through various techniques--some of them fairly benign, a good deal of them regressive or will in many ways just further enslave them to the same beast system that the masses are beginning to recognize as dangerous.
These Bio-hackers promote some of the same herbal remedies, meditation techniques, physical fitness or healthy lifestyle recommendations of other groups teaching a more organic and spiritually positive path of transcending current human limitations and dilemmas. The Bio-hacker crowd usually carries a more service-to-self energy, and they also promote getting chipped in some way. While I will never discredit anyone who chooses to have a pacemaker implanted in order to extend their life, I do think we should all question how much MORE control and power we want to give away to techno-fascists. Technology of any kind--even a cotton ball can be turned into a nefarious tool in the hands of the in-bred, war-mongering predators running our planet into its 6th major extinction.
I sometimes joke around when people ask me about the bluetooth headset I wear, telling them it's the new Google Obedience Collar. "It shocks me when I'm bad," I say mischievously. I recently caught myself saying this once again, and wondering in a new light if this were really true. How much of DARPA's dark secrets have made it into our word (and our world) without us really knowing, poking us in our weak spots, binding our feet, preying upon us ceaselessly with artificial intelligence technology directed to be erected in our 3rd density world by 4th and 5th density negative forces contracted by archangelic elements to help teach humanity the difference between good and evil.
I fully understand that a fair number of people will read some of this and think that I deserve a psychiatric diagnosis, maybe schizo-affective disorder, and for the sake of the world, I wish this were true. I wish our world weren't so damn complex with weird paranormal and multidimensional drama. Too many other very educated and grounded researchers are recognizing and exploring the vast evidence of this drama, however, so I will not be deterred from discussing it. Again, the power of transparency trumps the power of secrets. Maybe it doesn't seem like it now as the CDC appears to be getting away with covering up piles of incriminating evidence that shows they're helping to make untold numbers of children sick from the MMR vaccine and very likely other vaccines, protecting their multi-billion-dollar Bilderberg bed-buddies in the pharmaceutical industry. All of them will one day be dragged into a high court like the Hague to face their vast crimes against humanity.
But for now the New Mandate of Heaven resounds, leading to spiritual awakening in myself and millions of others. It is calling for an upgrade better than Windows 10. Some still fight the New Mandate and work desperately to keep the dystopian matrix limping along despite great forces pushing us to evolve beyond it. Nearly 52 years ago today our Golden Age was decisively and brutally postponed by a secretive group of mentally ill but fantastically organized and powerful people. This group has many names--the Cabal, the Illuminati, Khazarian Mafia, Hidden Hand, etc. At the time of Kennedy's assassination the world was poised to transform into something not unlike the cartoon The Jetsons or the Star Trek TV series and movies. Kennedy's plans for deconstruction of the Vietnam War, the Federal Reserve and the CIA would have--if successfully executed--led to the radical advancement of several industries that include power generation and transportation. It would have facilitated the transformation of the entire Military Industrial Complex toward meeting the goal of genuine "National Security" protection which translates into respect for all life, protection of peace without micromanagment, and the advancement of health, instead of its present-day UNNECESSARY dependence upon war, disease, poverty, death, crime, chaos, ignorance of the masses, and suffering of every kind.
On the one hand this nefarious group has assisted humanity in learning all about the dark side of life--to the point of making things like goodness, health, justice, truth and real love the forbidden fruits. It is now pushing us into action, even evolution--if we are to survive as a species on this planet Earth. For many today, blissful ignorance, fence-sitting, and careless behaviors are no longer possible. It has become incontrovertable that governments and industry are blatantly corrupt, and something must be done about this corruption. Most of us cannot single-handedly change governments or industry per se, but we can make good decisions in our daily lives that influence the world around us in small, obvious ways and also collectively in grand and powerful ways that chaos theory and quantum physics are assisting us to understand. Purchasing from companies that do good business, have a good product and have not compromised to the Cabal, while not purchasing from companies that have clearly compromised is one very powerful way to change the world for the better. Choosing to just let some things go, not laying on the horn or otherwise participating in road rage behaviors when driving can also create ripples of peace in our world that assist in overall public health improvements. Radically good behavior or "pay-it-forward" acts of kindness assist in the healing of individuals and communities.
Not participating in activities that are traditionally considered immoral is also paramount. Had JFK not expended energy in dalliances with other women, he would have avoided problems with his marriage, and the Cabal would not have had as much power to impact his life. He might still be alive, and we might be living the dream. It is apparent to me however that his shortcomings were a fractal manifestation of humanity's need to learn and grow. Some kinds of typical good or moral behaviors are often considered naive and unimportant to all but the religious, but there are genuine negative consequences to activities like sexual promescuity and especially marital infidelity. I can speak from experience on this subject as it has been my greatest challenge throughout life. Complex psycho-social dynamics and poorly-understood bio-electrical field relationships established during sexual intercourse can either strengthen a person and that person's life or weaken him or her, depending upon whether these choices lead to pain or empowerment of all parties involved. Even without understanding the true depths of the sacred nature of sexuality, all but a small percentage of the adult population on this planet can easily intuit how causing another person's pain will either directly or indirectly lead to pain for the perpetrator. Also important to note is how addictions of any kind, including sexual addictions can lead to sabotaged health in all areas of life. The recognition of the addiction--both conscious and/or subconscious--leads to feelings of powerlessness, frustration and poor self-esteem. However, with an initial investment of discipline one can establish habits that lead to positive behaviors which avoid offense to others and self, that instead nurture the overall well-being of everyone involved. There are good reasons why we wash our hands after using the bathroom, and for healthcare providers, washing hands between patients, but this simple behavior of handwashing that has radically promoted public health has been a very difficult lesson to learn and implement. The same is unfortunately true for other areas of good hygeine.

While most of the US public doesn't quite understand the Wolfowitz Doctrine, it is slowly becoming aware of it and how the US Federal Government WITH OUR TAXPAYER MONEY is covertly supporting terrorist groups while publically claiming to be fighting them. He discusses developments that are poised to help clean up global pollution, and truly fix other seemingly hopeless dillemas such as climate change, dwindling resources and looming economic disaster. He, in my opinion presents such amazing information that it would provide yet another reason for the escalating global "terror" events dominating mainstream news, to divert our attention away from hopeful news leaks and trick us into plunging into full scale world war which would be global suicide. Gamble presents evidence that the standard fear as a business model is on its way out. A movement is underway that will transform our globe and bring about the Golden Age which the Cabal is rapidly losing its power to delay.

I need to add that while Dolan presents as a formative speaker and writer on the subject of UFOs, suppressed energy technology, and other taboo or "disclosure" topics, other pioneers like Steven Greer offer a different perspective that I agree with more readily. Yet Dolan provides our totally handicapped, left-brain dominant, brainwashed and otherwise impoverished masses a way to broach "disclosure" issues in a way that seems safer. In a similar way, deliberate acts of brutality have been used for thousands of years by leaders without conscience in an effort to create a better place for the megawealthy oligarchs to live. We, like the Japanese somehow continue to call this charade "democracy"--like the East German "Democratic Republic" before its fall. The Western Corporate Beast is also a form of brutal nationalist socialism. Once a person fully comprehends the full gravity of this situation, it becomes impossible to buy any more of their toxic crap or contain righteous anger over these high crimes against Life Itself, not to mention irritation with the 40-75% of the US population still herded like zombies by their Bernaysian, cult-like brainwashing. I've heard about some destined global consciousness light bulb "aha" moment causing a lifting of our spirits, the dissolving of our collective amnesia and the rebooting of our divine and physical hard drives with our divine gifts. Some call it the rapture; others call it ascension. Risking tinfoil hat accusations, I'll also dare to mention the rumors of ETs, White Hats and elites who haven't had their conscience completely inbred or traumatized out of them. Some are acting in ways that might help to reverse the descent of our culture into complete tyrannical dystopia before all macroscopic life is charred to a crisp by the meaner-than-CO2 greenhouse gas, Methane. Word's out that at least a few of the underground playgrounds for the sociopathic elite to hide in while the masses die of starvation, hyperthermia or mass riots, have been destroyed by benevolent ETs that were divinely allowed to level the playing field, and get the truth out about how life is bigger than death and taxes. Sounds outrageous, but so does their shutting down of nuclear weapons that the psycho elite have been just itching to use to cull the population. Call these mysterious beings angels, demons, Extradimensionals, ETs, or "asshole hippies from outer space", they exist, and they let our psycho elites know they weren't going to let them destroy the planet with nukes. Only the most brainwashed will deny their existence now, and we have substantial evidence demonstrating that some of them possess empathy and benevolence and will act to protect life. Also, despite the elite's thugs efforts to make us lose interest in such topics, many of us care about this, watching programs like Ancient Aliens, but would rarely admit to it for fear of ridicule. Yet about half the population now will tell a pollster that, yes, they believe in the existence of life outside of our planet. Now... Should we depend upon these benevolent beings intervening without doing everything we can do to resist the current sociopathic world order, I don't think so.

I need to veer just slightly off track and into my own personal career move to direct patient care again. I love being in the fray, spending more time in patient contact than staring at a computer screen, mumbling curses about yet another network crash. But my time away has only proven the patterns of dysfunction and crisis within the current model of healthcare prevail and continue spiraling downward everywhere, likely Mandelbrotting itself into every allopathic lab, clinic, hospital, infirmary, urgent care and home health office. I'm convinced now. This is the face of corporate healthcare, aka "Fascist Healthcare"; Mussolini explained it well. It won't end until we all stop buying the lies and the toxic orange-flavored GMO Corn snacks.
Most people don't associate chronic stress with poor health, probably because our faulty corporate medical & healthcare models emphasize the lack of research that clearly makes that connection, a likely deliberate lack of research; the lack of pharmaceuticals (or the right ones), their woefully lacking funding for finding the cure for all the mysteriously skyrocketing disease or faulty genetics as the main reasons for poor health. The American Corporate Beast also ignores or rationalizes away any evidence their products cause ill health. "Diet and lifestyle" reasons for poor health exist, yet with a canyon-wide disconnect when it comes to spelling out what exactly poor diet and lifestyle means. While a growing segment of the world is now outlawing GMOs, few US doctors will ever tell you to eat organic, non-GMO food. Few AMA/CDC-Slave MDs will ever discuss how the risks of adjuvants in vaccines like aluminum and mercury can outweigh the risk of illness with the influenza virus. More doctors are now finally starting to admit that chronic stress isn't good for a person, and they should know. We have depressingly few positive role models successfully working within the system.
"GMO-shmo," I heard one of my coworkers say. She and the rest of my colleagues routinely drink the popular questionable "energy" beverages or conventional sodas, daily eat fast food or candy at break, then bemoan the textbook illnesses or injuries that follow, with little if any regard for possible connections. They are able to connect, in general, for statistical purposes--for the general public--poor health and function with poor lifestyle choices, but it does not apply to them personally. This disconnect is likely a direct result of the poor brain function that results from such poor lifestyle choices, and a person cannot fully savor this truth until detoxing from cortisol, adrenaline and high fructose corn syrup, as well as the corporate culture programming that rewards the employee who deprives themselves of adequate sleep in order to keep their MBA bosses smiling.
Chronic stress bio-chemistry and the highly-pushed coping through GMO high-fructose corn syrup, alcohol, etc. (EVEN GMO CORN-DERIVED VITAMIN C) leads to inflammation and eventual death of every living human tissue, manifesting first in poor oxygenation, the literal shrinking of brain tissue, the resultant loss of the ability to think rationally or ethically, memory problems, the eventual electrolyte and mineral imbalances and clogged arteries within the body. I like to think the latter may have everything to do with what is going on in government lately. It makes it easier to understand and disarm. Fight or flight. It can manifest in temporary insanity if you don't "keep your wits about you". Chronic stress can lead to routine switching off of higher reasoning centers, accounting for higher rates of smoking among healthcare professionals than within the general population. I struggle with nicotine addiction as well, and I understand its hold, but will I ever smoke more than 3 cigarettes a day ever again for any reason, no. It is what I know the lungs can barely handle. It is this last demon I wrestle with.
Chronic stress can lead to our reaching out in ways to cope--with inTOXICants, leading to further depletion of the body's reserves. The most common and supposedly least-harmful thing I see used by my peers is candy. Yet this isn't the candy we knew growing up. The delicious chocolate bars and sodas now contain the insane biotech industry's latest-greatest GMO high fructose corn syrup. You've probably already learned at some time that high fructose corn syrup isn't good for you, but this Freaky Frankenscience creation now has pesticide inside the product that can't be washed out. The pesticide lands in your gut where it kills beneficial flora, allowing harmful germs to take hold and eat holes in your gut. Heavy metals and other crap that might have found its way into the toilet instead ends up in the blood. The combined disruptions caused by neurotoxic food additives and fluoride, GMO, pesticides, heavy metals in the air from covert aerosol geo-engineering programs, endocrine-disrupting plastics everywhere, and other industrial pollutants like dioxins I suspect more expediently lead to diseases like cancer that we just can't seem to cure despite the billions of dollars we continually dump into supposed health "research" coffers. They ask me at the checkout counter at the gas station or hardware store now if I want to donate something to finding a cure--I go off sometimes...
Predictably come more mysterious diseases like Fibromyalgia, Autism, Irritable Bowel and Leaky Gut Syndrome, a host of supposedly mysterious autoimmune disorders like Multiple Sclerosis and Lupus. The pharmaceutical industry conveniently has a number of treatment options you may be able to afford if you have insurance. And again, conveniently, Obamacare will force US Taxpayers to help you pay for these treatments. No cures exist, nor will they ever exist within this fascist model of healthcare.
WE MUST GIVE UP THIS DYSFUNCTION MODEL OF HEALTH CARE AS WE MUST GIVE UP CONVENTIONAL SODA AND CANDY IF WE REALLY WANT TO RECLAIM HEALTH OF ANY KIND.
This is Kool-Aid Day, folks. Well, more like Kool-Aid year. It will for most take longer than a day to perish as the fated Jonestown cult-members did. That is, unless you've been drinking fluoridated water your entire life and chewing aspartame gum routinely, faithfully getting your annual flu shot, and then you still contract the flu or Ebola, then it's closer to a week's stay in the hospital that will tragically end with some MRSA infection.
Like in Jonestown, many will drink. I see drinking. I'm literally and figuratively working overtime to keep loved ones from mindlessly making this choice. We will likely see chronic diseases like diabetes continue to rise, I predict, to a Kafkaesque 80% before the lawyers that carved into Big Tobacco can no longer be held at bay by their corporate fraternity brothers. They're already salivating, some stabbing each other in the back to take away the prized TB-infested dumpster meat. This may be Kool-Aid Day for us, but it's Dumpster Day for them.
At this point all that many of us can do is pray. Some are praying for the release of the Global Accounts, Dinar Paycheck, etc., but I contend that this is the wrong focus. True, we will see a number of positive global financial changes happen once we have healed enough to just reach out to our long-denied spiritual faculties. A global reset means nothing in the face of the physics of Methane Extinction Events. We need our cortexes perfusing to handle that one. I have pondered including a link or two to all the data we now have on the topic of Methane Extinction. If you don't need to hit rock-bottom with such grim Newtonian Physics Reality, then please spare yourself that corner of the Rabbit Hole.
We have an holistic spiritual side to ourselves that has been neglected in favor of materialism, the explicate order billiard ball universe with all of its sex, war, agriculture and other supposedly necessary technologies for 6 out of 7 days of the week--for God-Only-Knows how many thousands of years now (some say 26,000, citing astrological cycles and highly-suppressed archeological evidence chronicling benevolent civilizations' apparent existence many more thousands of years ago). One out of seven days has been spent learning a disastrous series of lies, mainly that a wrathful and capricious god appoints pedophiles and other sadists to act as intermediaries between "Him" and "you", that separation is not just inherent but "His" dictate, punishment for our ancient ancestors eating off some forbidden tree; that belief in reincarnation will earn you pain, death, ridicule, a shortened professional career and even a lobotomy; that Jesus, Mohammad, Krishna, the Buddhas and the saints reached highs that we, the mere couch potato masses will never attain without giving up everything wonderful and living in a cave.
What little I can discern from the True Spirit that breathes Chi or Life into every part of the Universe has encouraged me to stop praying for George Soros' death, that Dick Cheney, Henry Kissinger and others like them die. "We can't help you out there," I feel Them/He/She/It say in my heart. "Do pray for their exorcism and their true enlightenment, however. Here We can assist," I'm told. It is as simple as that. But people have to find this out for themselves, I'm also told. Speaking or writing this experience to others may help to encourage others' inquiry and discovery of similar things.
Life-affirming forces are in "mop-up" operations at this time, I'm also informed, despite the grim appearances, with our leaders still under the momentum of influence of negative forces that have been allowed to be in charge for some time. They were charged with teaching us that it's just a better idea to choose good over evil. Why the f*€😁 it may have taken 26,000 years to pull this off is still a question The Kind Voice of the Universe has not answered me yet. The foul wind has died, but the inertia sending these sociopathic elite in the direction of making their usual deranged and sadistic choices is still somewhat in effect. When we pray in favor of our leaders coming to their senses, it does do some good. The power of prayer is well-studied now. Whether one calls the phenomenon a result of "placebo effect" or God's Hand is a matter of perspective, but plants shouldn't experience placebo effect, according to the hardliner's own linear thinking. The data is conclusive, however, that prayer, intention, consciousness, etc. has impact upon our everyday material existence. The madness will end when enough of us pray and pay more attention to bonds that unite us, that unite us to the Divine, our spiritual nature, our spiritual gifts, things I believe many of us can now sense. Many of my impressions are confirmed by others who dare connect with non-local reality. Some people still need a sign of prosperity packages being released, however. I say all this tongue-in-cheek, as I do appreciate Neil's diligence as well as elements within the Asian Royal Families who truly understand our collective plight and have been working to steer this massive ship close to safe harbor even as it slowly sinks. With all due respect, however, and I suspect many already know this, the "Golden" in the prophesied "Golden Age" or "Golden Race" has more to do with spiritual realities than the stuff we sweat to lug around or hide in underground bunkers, pulling our hair out knowing it's so insanely under-valued at this time through the machinations of our financial racketeers--how many more need to be driven to suicide by nail gun or skyscraper-jumping, I wonder. I'm guessing this insanity will be more quickly sorted out through swearing off high-fructose corn syrup confections & cocktails, herbal detox and adequate sleep. And prayer.
I will shamelessly use hot-button terms to get the most dangerous truth out. And it is only "dangerous" to the Fascist Powers that Be or more correctly, That Were. Their dam upon our advancement educationally, spiritually, technologically and every other conceivable venue is cracking and springing leaks everywhere. Mother Earth Herself, who would not be indefinitely dominated, is shaking, and the tyrants' dam is crumbling. Meanwhile, the minions of the morbidly obese "elite" scramble around with their compass, square and mortar, looking alarmed and determined with attempts to foment more wars of aggression using cheezy propaganda (now contradicting last year's propaganda); the blatantly dictatorial US Executive Orders/Enabling Acts to dismantle the US Constitution and steal control of private and public property, apparently US lab-fabricated Swine Flu and now Ebola threats, and of course their QE funny-money schemes coming to an end with sheer financial physics and the indestructible human spirit finding ways around their clever Babylonian Slavery System. Not much news of late on the Swissindo Trust and Mr. Sughi ("the King of Kings" in Indonesia) for some months now. It all sounded too good to be true. Yet I am keeping an open mind, recognizing that not all wealthy, educated, "elite" individuals related to George H. W. Bush enjoy fomenting war, widespread suffering and environmental destruction. I believe a vast portion of the highest ranks of the Illuminati do not enjoy their current roles.
Less than 5% of our population is truly psychopathic and capable of intentionally guiding our world into the kind of dysfunction we see it in today. This elite crime syndicate has in some respects made great efforts in organisation and concealing itself while it rose to power. This "Dark Cabal" excelled in the study of social psychology whose members have used to successfully manipulate the masses. Their lead social engineers mastered dystopia, illusion and bringing out the worst in everyday people through traumatization and creating lucrative industries founded upon addictions and other contrived dysfunction (gambling, pharmaceutical industry, military industrial complex, etc.). All big business is tied into this web of corruption.
The illusion is coming apart, however, and dystopia is getting old. This is why we keep witnessing one Operation Northwoods-style false flag after another. The psychopathic cabal is trying desperately to create conditions favorable to cinching up the rest of their plans to enslave humanity but keep slamming into a wall. The wall is the current tornado of rising consciousness.
Most people don't know exactly what is going on. They are confused partly due to being intentionally poisoned with environmental toxins and misdirected by propaganda media. Part of the problem also relates to the developmental phase we are experiencing collectively, like widespread teenaged angst. Coursing through the blood of some of us is righteous anger concerning the levels of deceit & corruption being revealed. Some like myself are simultaneously overwhelmed yet insatiably curious about the true source of all the trouble and helping to create a thriving alternative media. Some people lash out with belligerent cynicism concerning any good news at all because they think it is yet another trick to corral them back into sleep again. I've been guilty of this. We all seem to have a few dysfunctional coping mechanisms in our toolbox. I'm witnessing loved ones regress into past sociological "safe-zones" such as the Catholic Church, one of the more degenerate wings of the same psychopathic ruling class. It is difficult to watch, but they are in their own process of awakening that cannot be hastened. Deus Nexus has a great post up for those of us processing these issues. The tendency to want to blast people awake is understandable; the "if you loved me, you would/wouldn't (fill in the blank)" argument is beloved as well. Yet we are living in times so full of neon-colored contradictions in the official narratives, times where the average person has no ability to argue that our government is full of crooks without being ridiculed, much of this is now passé. In the same vein some of us wide-awake Truthers recognize fear-porn as ineffective, yet we monitor sites like Alex Jones' headlines daily to make sure we're hip to all the latest disclosure. It is difficult to not pick up on some of that anger vibe. Awareness of it, however, is key to not being taken by it. Inherent within awareness is the power to diffuse the anger.
Years ago when I began work in a prison I was encouraged to read a book called Games Criminals Play. Here is a link to purchase the book, a very easy, affordable and valuable read. I wish we all had that book right now. I later learned about Phillip Zimbardo and his Stanford Prison Experiment, also big eye-opener. We all need to know the basics of psychology, mass psychology and sociology; that psychopathic tendencies are in our nature as sure as our primitive survival (or "reptilian") brain lies beneath the cerebral cortex. The cortex contains higher reasoning centers that distinguish us as humans, however. WE CAN move past our fear, and WE CAN engineer societies that bring out the best in people. Most people under most conditions abhor the thought of harming others or themselves. In states of acute and chronic fear, however, blood is shunted from the higher reasoning centers and sent to the primitive brain in charge of fight or flight responses. In this state we may not care so much about the welfare of others. Our military veterans should be as empowered with this knowledge as the criminal elite banksters are. Perhaps we wouldn't be seeing an average of 22 veteran suicides a day. Currently with conflict simmering if not raging in many areas of the world and our rogue-government demanding more sacrifice of freedoms and more war to solve our supposedly critical national security problems, many of us find ourselves with higher reasoning centers in a state of hypoxia. That is, if we're not meditating daily. If we can unplug from the mass hysteria that leads to phenomenon such as road rage and if we were fully perfusing these higher-reasoning centers, we would find a way to sanely go from point A to B, while at the same time dismantling the Military Industrial Complex's Hyrdra and manifesting the society envisioned by the USA's founding fathers and mothers. Meditation also holds the key to our epigenetic evolution, a topic I'll delve into more in another post. Making the quantum leap out of fear is the only sure way out of the environmental, economic, political and personal messes we're in. Overcoming fear allows the cortex to function again. While the brain is just one little fractal manifestation of our true eternal energetic Mind, it is an integral piece. The brain is like any other organ that requires nourishment, use and rest to flourish. Meditation combines all three components of this regimen.
Pema Chodron, author and teacher of a meditational practice of meditation called Tonglen, offers practical wisdom for those seeking peace in a painful world. Its application feels natural when I'm captive to emotions of despair, anger and anxiety surrounding and overwhelming me. While some other teachers protest indulging in such negative emotions, this practice allows for dealing with the plain reality of incomprehensible suffering and gracefully walking through it. Sometimes the energy to just teleport out and into a more positive space where I am better company just isn't readily available. What I can handle, however, is breathing in the reality of the pain, then breathing out a sense of relief, letting go into the arms of a Universe that loves me unconditionally. The Universe accepts me and listens. This I can usually feel after just a few breaths in my heart and throat areas. The Universe also continually provides synchronicity in my life as a gift and sign It appreciates my honesty.
2. Meditation Beads
Utilizing meditation beads can be helpful. Once in a better space after some time with Toglen, I can move to the next bead, representing whatever meditation technique choose next. Similar practices have been used by different cultures throughout history. It engages different sense organs and helps to raise energy through focus and coherence. Exercising the individual sense organs is also helpful.
3. Honing All 5 Basic Senses
Picking out a spot on the wall in front of me, I will focus my eyes for the next few minutes on a target while I become mindful of the sensations in my body. This is something like coming back home into the body after being immersed in cognition or emotion. Any type of mindfulness meditation is a positive way to become grounded and reintegrate the mind/awareness back into the body with all of the emotions. Difficult emotions can lead to dissociative states and subsequent poor memory if unchecked. This exercise helps mitigate this dis-ease process. Diligently keeping ones eyes fixed upon a target provides powerful exercise for awareness. I then move on to focus on sensations such as smell for a few minutes, hearing, attention to details in the visual field, even breathing air into the mouth as if to taste the air, all the while keeping the eyes on the target. Regular practice will eventually result in immediate focus on the source of unusual noises, activity in the peripheral visual fields, odors and other subtle stimuli instead of having to spend several moments searching for the source. It becomes an automatic reflex and a handy ability.
4. Stopping the Mind
The next bead might involve stopping the mind altogether, difficult to do but key to mastering fear. Attempting to not think of anything is nearly impossible, and it is usually only attainable by at first accepting that thoughts will naturally come; when thoughts do come, the next step is to just let them go without judgment. Eventually the mind becomes less and less busy. Relaxing the body helps also. With continued relaxation of both mind and body, the brainwave activity level moves from beta to alpha and eventually to theta waves. Achieving the ability to do this is much like learning how to relax and float in water with just the face above the water line. All you are left to do is continue to relax, breath, and achieve a state conducive to healing. Staying aware and awake can be difficult. When I have been able to do this, I have achieved states of bliss so disconcerting as to feel like I'm being tickled everywhere, so I am by no means a master.
Back to Swissindo
Meditation and Chi Kung techniques help strengthen both mind and body for functionally processing some painful realities most of us face daily. As we exercise and expand our awareness and cognitive abilities, we will further grow in the ability to comprehend what was once reserved for the select few. Banking, finance, management of global systems of resources are just a few areas we must desire to understand before we can rise from the ashes this global mafia and our own fractal dysfunctions are ensuring.
Swissindo appears to be a global finance plan that deserves examination. Allegedly the program's purpose is to prevent the complete collapse of civilization and to assist in the emergence of a golden age. Our faulty economy will soon collapse. Our political and legal systems have also been thoroughly corrupted to the point of need for collapse in order for us to replace them with basic common law processes we can all understand. We currently have a growing aroused public, willing to make changes conducive to evolution. Most of humanity, which includes police, military, and the scientific community, is not complicit with the psychopaths' insane plans for bloody "revolution". The Dark Cabal experiences more exposure, sabotage, and defections by the hour. We are increasingly on the verge of reforming our dystopia. We will likely see first, however, spiritual and even biologically transformative processes. According to the fossil record with its tendencies to regular quantum leaps, we are due for mass extinctions and spontaneous emergence of new species.
Mr. Sughi's efforts with the Swissindo Trust appear to be part of this organic process I see going on everywhere. It is reportedly a plan to help restore basic rights for all, including other species of life and even the entire organism of the planet to live in balance with humanity. Prosperity, optimal health, unlimited higher education and diversions will be accessible for those willing to put in some energy contributing to truly service-to-others-oriented projects. According to Mr. Sughi who appears to be something of a philosopher king in Indonesia, and according to his delegation, he has accumulated enough gold to back a new financial system. Our nightmare system of debt slavery and the petro-dollar will collapse soon because we no longer have gold to back currency. The oil is also running out, and what petroleum products we do have above ground are polluting our air, land, water and bodies. One way or another, our petro-dollar system will soon take its last breath. The system represents a paradigm based upon getting something for nothing or ruthless competition. It represents the corporate vampire who gives a gentleman's handshake with one hand, the other hand hidden behind his back, fingers crossed. This energetic engine of the Dysfunctional System depends upon ignorance, selfishness, debt slavery, black markets, and deception. It includes the idea it is okay to plunder from the masses in one form or another, through mutual funds that depend upon forced labor in our prison system and/or child labor with horrific conditions in other countries. Our death of ignorance guarantees the demise of this system, and something will replace it. We can bet the psychopathic elite are working overtime to co-opt this process if they didn't devise it altogether, of course. Can we trust Mr. Sugih (whom most of us have never heard of because our mainstream media is hostage to the elite fascist crime syndicate)? Not just despite it, but because of all the cacophony within the alternative media surrounding this issue, I think it is worth more exploration.
Mr. Sughi seems like the one distant relative at the family gatherings who doesn't drink to excess, start a fist fight and cause the gathering to end on a bad note. Some of us come from exceptionally dysfunctional families. Mr. Sughi is no different. His dysfunctional family of world royals may go down in history as legend for its incomprehensible depravity. Their legacy, we will find out soon enough if it isn't already known by the reader, includes Satanic rituals and the secret societies KJF tried to warn us about.
This entire subject involves a massive learning curve that requires familiarization with the activities of the Federal Reserve--at least what little we commoners have at our disposal to know, even a little about the history of banking and money itself which spans thousands of years. But it is all right to jump right into the topic of the Swissindo Trust. Please note, an exploration of these areas will inevitably lead to the topic of Iraqi Dinar, and what I see as just more "get something for nothing" scheming. Even if this investment is for a so-called good cause, the "Buy Low, Sell High" and other similar thinking are part of the dying paradigm. Systems of energy exchange, no matter how good they are, like governments are doomed to fail when they involve dividing people up into classes of more and less-deserving.
If not a few billion, then at least a few hundred million eyes turned upon the "Intelligence" Community might help to sober them up. Or even better yet, one eye of a people embracing unity consciousness will end the paradigm of brutal competition and the relevance of spying altogether.
This is where we're headed. Remote viewing is a skill anyone can learn already (and this has not escaped the attention of The Powers That Were). Ultimately our re-awakened gifts of intuitive perception will level the playing field, making deception nearly impossible. Invasion into the private lives of others will continue to be recognized as inappropriate and undesirable. Until then, however, US tyranny has to be turned on itself to secure the country's great awakening to the wrongfulness of this brutality.
Some are still in the process of coming to the conclusion that a trampling on the rights of others inevitably leads to a trampling upon all. No one is safe, not even veteran lawmakers. California's US Senator Feinstein had to undergo the intrusion of federal spies before experiencing an epiphany involving the US Constitution. My heart softened watching her. She's taken the first step. I don't think she entirely understands. It's a process of evolving from Cain to Christ Consciousness. The awakening is happening to all, and everyone is at their own stage, including the so-called elite.
Stages of Awakening and Grief the Same
Simplifying the process, the first step of it is working through denial that a problem exists. The Kübler-Ross Model of grieving applies here as it works well to loss in general, not just death. Death, loss and change are intrinsic to life and a huge part of this awakening. In this first stage, denial, the stair-step goes from zero to one and back to zero again. It encompasses a scale of being completely in the dark and paralyzed to stumbling around while reaching out to find some light, turning it on, then turning it back off again. Regarding the light also, the switch works like a dimmer. We are in control of how much light can shine in our world. Once a problem is recognized, that a loss has happened, the loss of freedom, other rights, health, happiness, etc., it takes only a conscious reaching out for understanding, and the Universe responds. It will provide us as much light as we are ready to receive.
The second stage in this process is one of anger, and many of us are here. This is the outrage so many are experiencing. It explains things like road rage and YouTube Truther rants. While anger can be helpful in lending energy to make much-needed changes, the process can be haphazard because of the volatile energy involved. Anger is a difficult place to be in and inspires many to go back into denial. For those unable to go back into complete denial, anger eventually leads to the third stage, bargaining. We turn to God or something else (work, sex, money, drugs, etc.) to try to negotiate our pain. In some ways this is just a variation on denial. It hardly ever works out too well, and the fourth stage, depression follows. Acceptance is the fifth stage and the resolution, but it is often experienced in increments. People also go back and forth, skipping around these stages. Some like myself will experience all stages during a given day. And it makes a person look a bit unstable, but it is best to be in acceptance of the emotions that arise. It is also good to recognize the emotions might be coming from others, especially as intuitive abilities begin to develop.
Acceptance takes work. It involves letting go and a transcendence much like a period of physical growth. Time passes and one day you wake up changed. The pants that once fit don't fit anymore. Meditation and other functional coping methods like art, exercise, writing, and sharing with others can assist in the process. This blog is part of my process.
Benefits and Risks of Adversity
I've often wondered how people like Father Arseny cope so wonderfully with adversity, almost as if they were born to flourish in winter when most things wither. Malcolm Gladwell in his book David and Goliath explains that some people who seem to do so well through adversity experienced traumatic loss as children, learning they could live through what might seem like unfathomable loss. It works something like desensitization. If you've lived through the worst imaginable thing and survived, it can be a very liberating teacher.
Traumatization, however, can also set people up for what is now known as trauma-based mind control. One of the body's protective mechanisms, also a form of denial, is dissociation. This state's evolutionary purpose was to provide a way of enduring traumatic experience. The physical fractal or equivalent would be adrenaline and the body's own opiates that allow a person to endure pain. These work well as short-term survival mechanisms, assisting us to do what is needed in order to survive a difficult situation. The body and its survival mechanisms do not do well under constant assault however.
Whistle-blowers reveal that many of the psychopaths steering this world are victims and perpetrators of unfathomably dark childhood trauma and resultant dissociation. It is a bizarre pyramid scheme that funnels energy from the bottom rows upward. These people cherish trauma as something that supposedly made them stronger and keeps them strong: "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger" taken to radical extremes. They've created a snare for themselves and others in perpetuating trauma as a way of solving all of life's problems. They live constantly in this dissociative state, short-circuited and impaired in many ways. It is how they are able to lie so well, commit mass murder, commit any act of atrocity they feel furthers their aims or more often furthers the aims of the person or people "above" them. They live in denial of life itself and would self destruct, taking all of life on earth with them if possible. Thankfully most of us do not and/or do not wish to operate in this way. This sorry excuse for an existence is receiving much-needed attention. Proof of these secret societies and their brutal methodologies of control continues to pile up. Despite the policies of ridicule and distraction, evidence is becoming more and more difficult to deny. The Military Industrial Complex is real. War is a racket. Corrupt people continue to migrate to positions of power as they've done for thousands of years. They often perpetuate hideous rituals they claim make them stronger than the common people. The internet is assisting the masses in connecting these dots.
The Business of Awakening Zbigniew Brzezinski, an advisor to presidents, made statements indicating the population of the world is undergoing political awakening. Anencouragingnumberofpolls in the US validate this assessment and reveal that the public is becoming more savvy to the savage realities of war and other military intervention. We are also slowly becoming aware that legitimate democratic processes may not be steering our government, as Kentucky US Senator Rand Paul recently addressed to a crowd in my state of California. As we become more awakened to the scale of injustice and brutality done in the name of freedom and democracy, the more we realize it is going to take a higher power to assist us with this problem. It is this quantum leap that aids many people in 12-Step Programs, and reclaiming spiritual power will eventually lead us to successfully reclaiming our world and ushering in a Golden Age.
Many businesses are budding and flourishing to assist in this process, and as usual, caveat emptor: We still have people parasitically capitalizing off of ignorance and fear. However, legitimate businesses and other communities are assisting people with improving health, detoxification of the body, improving knowledge and preparing for uncertain times. Challenging the status quo is proving to be risky business for some, and so I understand the desire for privacy (however ridiculously impossible the state is actually becoming). Figures such as Cobra, Zap and Poofness as well as others who we know little about report to have insider knowledge of extraterrestrial assistance and/or world-wide financial restructuring. While I do believe both are happening, the extent to which the above or a King of Kings in Indonesia are truly involved in a beneficial role for all is unclear. Indeed when an entity intends to retain privacy, it affords a certain amount of respect and caution. This dance of discernment many of us are learning is no less acrobatic than flamenco or salsa. What is certain, though, is that we are a global people. A new world order is a necessity, but the game of musical chairs to reshuffle the psychopaths at the top is a ritual that must come to an end. This New World Order will not work as a the Old World Order on crack and steroids.
Some events in the news worthy of deep inspection and analysis include the events of recent in Ukraine. This is an area far out of my reach to comment at this time except to say that a high stakes game of chess is going on behind the scenes. The rare mainstream journalist ever brings up the rising popularity of meditation or how it might serve as the simplest and least expensive intervention that has ever produced any statistically significant and favorable results with lowering crime rates. Most of the studies involve Transcendental Meditation, a specific type of meditation that you need a few thousand dollars to learn. I do thank the TM people for funding studies that assist with the cause, but it would be nice to see the cost of learning such things come down to prices people can afford. Then we might see some real transcendence from the world of war, materialism, the trampling of our environment and basic rights to a world of peace, abundance, and rich culture. It is happening as more and more people wake up. Thankfully, no one has a copyright or patent on just sitting, breathing with the diaphragm, quieting the mind and emotions while focusing on one's connection to the rest of the universe. These are the basics. The Universe itself can teach an open heart all the rest it needs to enrich our lives. The only price is time and energy.

More Wrapping up on a Previous Post
This is a good time to segue into what I promised in another early post, that I'd go into a fairly novel conspiracy theory regarding why "Voluntary DNA Checkpoints" are springing up all over the US. The federal contractors doing this are even offering money for blood. The official story on why this is being done is so highway transportation safety officials might have more info on how many people are driving with some level of intoxication. Perhaps this is so, and perhaps our social engineers want a more docile public, completely trained to give up time, privacy, and other constitutional rights so we can all be "safe". Just as likely we have factions in the social engineering spheres of our world's governments who want to know what's going on with our DNA. Evidence exists that it is changing, some say for the better, and some say for the worse. The latter camp cite depopulation agendas with an increasing number of toxins found in the air, water, our food and even vaccines. With stress becoming greater in all areas of life for many, our mental and emotional environments are also now more toxic. Noise, electromagnetic, and radiological pollution only add to an increasingly more difficult mix. The other camp says we're in the process of a positive quantum leap in human evolution. I assert that both processes are in progress, and the Establishment appears quite interested in this race, would like to stay one step ahead, and keep a lid on news of this.
While the feds are literally paying us to let them suck our blood (with taxpayer money, of course) a number of companies are springing up, offering to analyze DNA, one for a price as low as $99. Google has business ties with one of these companies, 23andMe. Now before the people of the world knew about the scope of NSA surveillance, Google was happy to assist the agency (as long as the agency was making "legal requests", whatever that means). Google has since distanced themselves from the Police State Peeps, a wise move. DNA Changes
A few years ago information began to emerge in blogs, articles (also audio and video programs) with authors alleging that human genetic makeup was changing or "upgrading" in response to incoming energies and the necessity of humanity to evolve. This process was/is also being called "Ascension". We would either evolve to a state that would allow for our existence on this planet without war & pollution or die like so many other species going extinct. One of the first experts cited was Dr. Berrenda Fox who has since been voraciously discredited in what may have been one of the Establishment's finest smear campaigns. It is difficult to say what happened with Dr. Fox. It wasn't too long before this that we had 11 top microbiologists that, like our present day big bankers, mysteriously turn up dead under suspicious circumstances with authorities citing the cause of death as "suicide" almost as quickly as their bodies went cold. Most of these articles on ascension were spiritual or metaphysical blog posts that had few links if any to "hard science". Some of them were written by people channeling the information from spiritual or extraterrestrial sources. As fantastic as it all sounded and a little flimsy too, still it did seem to jive with world-wide indigenous prophesies of a golden age or Golden Race of Humanity. It also appeals to those who see very little hope in overcoming worldwide fascist domination by voting for the "other party" come next election. The new Diebold voting machines guarantee no more hanging chads to nitpick over, and the Bilderbergers can plug in their puppet with fewer hassles.
Call it magical thinking, crisis cult consciousness or something even more powerful and profound whose time has come, it is better for you than a heart attack brought on by outrage, panic and paranoia, natural responses to knowing too much about current events. Authors of the DNA Upgrade blogs alluded to breakthroughs in quantum physics and how some leaders in the scientific community are finally coming to terms with its spooky action at a distance and other curious facts with exciting new research. Bruce Lipton is one such pioneer in the emerging field of epigenetics. He demonstrates how our environments, mental and emotional as well as physical affect our cellular well-being. Gaia Theory is becoming a much more reasonable alternative to mainstream science's paradigm of a lifeless clockwork universe.
The stuffy, stick-in-the mud Establishment types who cling to atheism and the Newtonian paradigm sadly toil their life away to uphold a vision of a world that is not just dead literally and metaphorically, but it is also dying. Parasitic capitalism and colonialism create a cocktail for suicide now that the Military Industrial Complex stands at the helm, geo-engineering our ozone layer and polar methane ice away. We'll all find out very soon whether Gaia is real and whether she supports cooperation instead of the long-assumed merciless competition.
David Wilcock's books, The Source Field Investigations and The Synchronicity Key speak of the emerging scientific paradigm that acknowledges some of this so-called New Age thinking and the reality of a global shift or expansion in consciousness. For anyone who has looked down the rabbit hole and just wanted a good tour guide, David's work is an excellent place to start. David also goes into some studies on DNA that didn't make front page news. His Gaiam TV series, (correction) Wisdom Teachings with David Wilcock is a great resource too, and Gaiam may still be doing a free trial period. 2012 Was Just the Beginning
The 2012 crescendo of love and light news regarding acension hyperinflated it's own bubble that either popped or deflated, complete with sound effects for many of us New Agers when the December 21, 2012, end of the Mayan Calender and Terence McKenna's predicted plunge into novelty (see http://www.december212012.com/articles/I-Ching/Time-Wave-Zero.htm) with hoped-for mass ascension and mass landings did not happen as expected. I blame it on the Sandy Hook Event, exactly one week before, the site being on a key ley line and the whole thing reeking of Luciferian Cabal ritual, rogue police-state-sponsored terrorism and cover-up to ratchet up on gun control. With regards to no dramatic change happening December 21, channelers later explained that the bulk of humanity was not ready for a sudden transfiguration or "Shift" into the 5th dimension or "density". We'd need time in some transitional "fourth" stage, they wrote. Before the bubble burst, a few curious clues found their way into the evening news.
One such sign that this may not be all airy-fairy nonsense emerged in 2010 with NASA satellite pictures of the gamma ray bubbles coming out of the center of the Milky Way Galaxy. That was a wake-up call. One year later and a few years after Dr. Fox had briefly stirred up the alt news scene, claiming to have worked with a number of children with more than 2 strands of DNA appeared the Daily Mail Article: "...First Person in the World to Be Born with an Extra Stand of DNA". Notice the grand announcement that this was the first person EVER to be born with something other than the trusty double-helix. When you read the story, also take note of the emphasis on the child's (...what's the politically correct term today? Maybe I won't even go there.) While it is important to note that rates of autism and other developmental disorders are on the rise, some parents choose not to drug their supposedly-disabled children. They are finding instead that the children have amazing gifts to offer the world. This I have personally witnessed in my profession.
Information that doesn't fit the old paradigm just continues to leak out from many sources, like cracks in the dam.
Much of this rabbit hole logic won't make sense with traditional Western thinking that isolates itself inside the brain, and at that, a very lopsided brain. One needs to step outside the head and delve into the heart, even drawing from "the gut", all the chakras or energy centers, in fact. We have reached a critical point in our development where traditional thinking found in the medical model is failing us miserably, just as the competition and ruthless manipulation will not take us forward any longer either. The knife works well for creating and fixing trauma, not much else. Supporting the body and mind with safety & comfort measures such as clean water, nutitious, nontoxic food, even prayer and positive intention work better than many pharmaceuticals. Similarly gratitude, good-will, compassion, cooperation, unconditional love, appreciation, caring, and positive thinking, all attributes that emerging science links to spontaneous healing also offer keys to solving major sociological problems. Everyday people are waking up and deciding whether they want to live or die. Police officers and soldiers are asking themselves if they really went into their line of work to act as henchmen and minions for an elite mafia. With glaring social injustice and crises on all fronts, especially economic and major environmental ones, people won't be able to remain asleep for too much longer.

The program includes a fascinating study of a group of baboons in Kenya. The group was divided into a ruling club of alpha males that bullied and terrorized the rest. The non-dominant males and females engaged in grooming behaviors that helped comfort and heal each other between brutal attacks by the pathological alphas. One day the Alphas got into a dumpster loaded with meat that was contaminated by tuberculosis. They fought each other over the meat and soon perished, leaving the rest of the group free to restructure their society into a much happier and healthier one. Following this, any time an outside male would come in and try to bully one of the baboons, the group came together to enforce their will to maintain peace. The new males either learned or had to go.
We have some things to learn from these baboons, because a similar Event is inevitable. Our Alpha Bullies will turn on each other during these escalating economic and environmental crises. Some say this is already happening. Let them fight it out while we groom each other and our planet back to health. Then when the Alphas don't return from the dumpster, let us never forget and vigilantly guard our peace and our planet. If we develop super powers as a result of having time and support to develop our amazing potential, having our basic needs met by technology and each other, then all the better.
