I may have to change my opinion (slightly - see the Robert David Steele link at the bottom also) regarding the Novel Coronavirus being little more than fear porn to scare people into begging "authorities" for a new vaccine that will help Big Pharma rake in bigtime before a planned global economic collapse. While there's little doubt that the vaccine is being readied at this time, you can be sure it will have just as many harmful adjuvants, perhaps more than any other modern vaccine. I am beginning to suspect the virus may be more than just a scare, however, and a larger issue than just the vaccine agenda or even distraction from the emerging news that hurts the Deep State. With reports on this truly deadly virus coming from the trusted Epoch Times, the bio-warfare aspect leads me to conclude that this virus is covered in Deep State/NWO fingerprints. This very real scare may serve to address several of their "needs", but ultimately this may be yet another false flag attempt by the club of globalist psychopaths to start a hot WWIII. No doubt the patriot alliance has been expecting such desperate measures and are prepared, but it never hurts to pray, fast and get yourself right with Source.

A number of different media sources indicate the virus was bio-engineered. I am now 80% convinced that it was only made to appear to come from the laboratory in Wuhan. Why? Because this is the Establishment narrative so far. They are finally having to admit that the virus may not have sprung up organically from the questionable wet market; it was supposedly an accidental release from the Wuhan National Biosafety Laboratory, according to the propaganda machine. I study what the Establishment is repeating ad nauseum, and my mind immediately comes to an opposite conclusion until truly independent sources convince me otherwise.

This I know to be true after decades of swallowing red pills: The Luciferian banking families who've had their talons in Europe for hundreds if not thousands of years have been utilizing world wars and brutal war in general to suck the life from the masses like vampires (figuratively and literally with their horrific adrenochrome harvesting rituals). Currently we have what some would call an active trade war going on between the Trump Administration and China. POTUS has been renegotiating trade with China and other nations so that regular U.S. taxpayers aren't forced to work two or more jobs just to keep a humble roof over their family's heads while supporting the rest of the planet's oligarchs. Also coming to light now, over the last few decades China has been busy infiltrating the U.S. in efforts to leverage power and steal trade secrets or buy them like they did with Hillary's illegal server. The Trump Administration has been cauterizing and suturing those gaping, bleeding wounds to the dismay of the Deep State and their globalist oligarch Luciferian puppetmasters.

The NWO would have every motive to plant another deadly virus in China. Some researchers assert this is exactly what happened with SARS just a few years ago and also in Africa with HIV. This sick cult has always had elitist leanings towards eugenics, and often pitting race against race in their divide-and-conquer tactics. Add to that their sadistic tendencies and worship of pure evil. It is all so outlandishly horrific, many have trouble believing it. I did as well for years. This was the hardest pill to swallow, but I have seen enough and can no longer stay quiet about it. There's hundreds of other super credible sources like Ted Gunderson, but my point is not to go deep down this particular rabbit hole. Just know that there is plenty out there to study. Just brace yourself if you do. Have a therapist and antidepressants handy.

Returning to my assumption that the Novel Coronavirus didn't come from the Wuhan laboratory, which I don't know for sure; it's just a strong suspicion: The Chinese authorities would (if true) quickly discover that it wasn't from their labs and be suspicious of the Trump Administration with whom they're already embroiled in trade war and other disputes (see https://news.yahoo.com/huawei-hit-us-charges-trade-secrets-theft-194057236.html and https://www.theepochtimes.com/pompeo-warns-us-state-governors-about-beijings-threats_3232350.html). It would be the typical kind of false flag reminiscent of 9-11 and Gulf of Tonkin Incident, but with a bio-warfare trigger to push China, in this case, to retaliate with similar measures or worse. I pray that President Xi Jinping and the rest of Communist China doesn't bite or we'll have a very scorched Earth, perhaps even a new asteroid belt, which I can only imagine the 0.00001% would delight over.

It is best to prepare with enough food, water and medicine to shelter in place for a month if necessary, at least two weeks minimum. I've been reading everything I can find on how to avoid or dampen a cytokine storm, which appears to be how the virus ends up killing people. In simple terms, a cytokine storm is an over-reaction by the immune system leading to rapid fluid shift into the lungs--ending in severe pneumonia and often death because Western Medicine apparently has no effective treatments so far.

I often run into this brick wall of no real hope that Western Medicine and the synthetic agendas in general often present. This is where complementary healthcare modalities, my favorite being naturopathic medicine and wholesome lifestyle changes offer solid solutions. Basically, it is the trust that nature (and a loving Creator who designed it so) provides us with everything we need. Our bodies respond better, in my opinion with fewer adverse side effects to the chemical compounds nature provides as opposed to those synthetic ones produced in a laboratory. Obviously this cannot be over-generalized: Natural (known) toxins will kill you just as quickly as the synthetic ones.

Returning to the subject of this Novel Coronavirus, natural antivirals like elderberry, Echinacea or goldenseal are a good place to start. What excites me is the potential of adaptogens like astragalus and rhodiola. According to Adriana Ayales in her book Adaptogens, Herbs for Longevity and Everyday Wellness, "the term adaptogen was coined by Nikolai Lazarev in 1957 to refer to substances that increase a state of 'nonspecific resistance' against multiple stressors." Some of these adaptogens have anti-anxiety and antidepressant potential, as I have found during my personal use. Natural anti-inflammatories like turmeric, quercetin and CBD oil, especially the medicinal mushrooms (Chaga, Reishi, Maitaki, Shiitaki, Cordyceps, Black Hoof, and Turkey Tail are just a few examples) with these properties of being adaptogenic and anti-inflammatory. These all appear promising for home remedies in my humble opinion, but I am still in the early phases of my search. Clif High also suggests sublingual vitamin B. It couldn't hurt. I came back to edit after posting yesterday mostly because of something I came across with regards to quercetin and its effect on mast cells. Quercetin may be a component in effective naturopathic treatment or prevention of the cytokine storm. Obviously, I don't know for sure. I'm not a doctor. I am a nurse with a passion for naturopathic healthcare and all for regular humanity surviving this Deep State War.

I must give warning that many of the mushrooms listed above can lower blood sugar and should be used with caution by diabetics taking traditional western meds like injectable insulin or metformin. Their use in this case could result in dangerously low blood sugar. Chaga specifically is high in oxalate which may cause kidney stones and should be avoided entirely by those with kidney problems. Shiitake can cause a rash if eaten raw. Then there's that usual general caveat of check with your physician before starting any major life changes, including a supplement regimen or intermittent fasting. I always encourage finding a naturopath because the allopathic doctors often know very little if anything about nutraceuticals. In my opinion it is even more important for people to do their own research and educate themselves before starting any nutraceutical. Start small and titrate up slowly. So much is available online, including research via the National Institutes of Health and many naturopathic websites like Mercola.

I dearly hope the bottle-neck in Western (Rockefeller) Medicine where they are eternally racing for "a cure" for any disease comes to an end soon, but until it does, naturopathy and healthy lifestyle changes (adopting a healthier diet--mostly organic fruits & vegetables, raw when possible, engaging in regular exercise, meditation, Tai Chi, etc.), and regular intermittent fasting for overall health (including weight control) hold great promise for overcoming nearly every chronic healthcare condition and even emergent public health issues like this Novel Coronavirus.

Novemeber 22, 2019, marks 56 years since the death of President Kennedy. His death caused a bit of the American Dream to die. With each passing year now since Trump took office we are closing in on true justice for Kennedy's assassination, official disclosure of the truth regarding the real assassins and their elaborate cover-up. We are also well underway in a process of unconventional truth and reconciliation for an untold number of other covered-up truths and real conspiracy facts. Some of these amount to massive conspiracies with trillions of dollars worth of fraud and crimes against humanity. I've read and listened to enough over a large portion of my lifetime, and pondered considerably on these topics so that my Overton Window is all but fully shattered. I'll likely spend the next 5 years of my life in some form of therapy, sipping on chamomile and Lion's Mane tea, but that's okay. I'd rather know and live in the truth. Most of us would need hospitalization if debriefed too quickly on these matters. Q-Anon wrote, "The truth would put 99% of people in the hospital" (see https://archive.4plebs.org/pol/thread/149120562/#149122955).  Instead, and thankfully so, we have a slow and steady process of debriefing, deprogramming and healing for the majority of the population, thanks to patriots or "white hats" in control.

We are watching a nation that has been on life support for at least a decade come back to life. Hillary would have certainly finished us off if she'd won the presidency. I thank God for Trump and the Alliance every day. If it weren't for them, many in my family and I would be in FEMA camps right now, if not already murdered for daring to question the Clinton Crime Family and the entire corrupt Establishment with its all-encompassing synthetic agendas. I am quite certain that our wannabe oligarchs like Hillary, these leaders of "The Resistance" opposing Trump and protectors of powerful pedosadists, many of them participants in this sick pastime or religion themselves would have had no problem murdering a few million Americans, perhaps even a few billion people worldwide in order to roll out full-blown socialist rule on U.S. soil and the rest of the planet with their sick New World Order. So, as this Thanksgiving approaches, I am even more aware of and grateful than last year for big blessings. As surreal hyperbolic and crazy as it sounds to me at times, this is truly bigger than we know.

It was about 35 years ago I began my red-pilling process or journey through disclosure of conspiracy reality, starting with some popular and a few obscure late night radio talk shows. With the advent of the internet and the blossoming of alternative media, I followed a wide variety of researchers like Kerry Cassidy, David Ike, David Wilcock and others, some of them with conflicting information. Over time I saw certain things overlapping or repeating. I've had to do a lot of weeding through disinformation, some of it very convincing. The conflicting info and infighting in the Truth Community waxes and wanes, which is and expected aspect of the information warfare. Good researchers have been mindful of this and the typical "divide and conquer" tactics at work. The challenge is to keep an open mind without letting your brains fall out, and staying mindful that even the best of researchers and leaders in the Truth Community are regular humans with blind spots and other weaknesses the Deep State will prey upon.

While fascinating and providing my life with color and mission, this process has been very difficult and isolating at times, dealing with a wide range of very strange, taboo topics, some very disturbing and even traumatically horrific information. At times I wondered if I was descending into serious mental illness as I would obscess on this information. I would go into the typical grieving process, starting with denial, often questioning whether it was real at all. Then evidence would again re-emerge to confirm its reality. This process was disorienting, depressing and anxiety-inducing.

My red-pilling process overlapped with other stressful life experiences, notably working with some corrupt people in a prison as a correctional nurse for nearly 7 years, leading to a couple different nervous breakdowns which contributed to broken marriages. All this and the fallout has required me to do a lot of cultivation of spiritual practices (mainly prayer, meditation, gratitude, forgiveness, and service to others) in order to cope and maintain stability in order to raise a child as a single parent. I was led to explore naturopathic biohacks (adaptogens, carbon-60, Ayurveda, medicinal mushrooms, etc.) that have been critical to my survival and maintaining livelihood with gradual improvements in health, overcoming the anxiety, depression and debilitating migraines, despite a grueling profession and the challenges of an aging body. I feel greatly pressed to share the importance of naturopathic healthcare for getting my fellow Americans through the current Americanitis Crisis (the skyrocketing of chronic health problems like diabetes, obesity, and autoimmune disorders), and the growing pains of waking up to knowledge that many of our leaders and celebrities have been doing unimaginably awful things.

Today I am relieved to be finally witnessing the beginnings of healing of self and nation, signs we are finally noticably winning the Deep State War, waking up to and quite capable of handling difficult truths, and part of a larger worldwide movement that is all about uniting in a benevolent way to get through our challenges, as opposed to the creepy dark global socialist solutions. Deep State War Update 💎 4/23/18

A number of analysts who I follow are likely under rogue Deep State attack. Ben Fulford's website has been down and up again with various error codes showing at times. Alex Jones is under massive legal assault lately, and others like Dave Hodges are getting classic "Disinfo Agent" accusations, very likely from paid Disinfo Agents themselves. Many are experiencing one form of assault or even several by the Pedocrats and their loyalists right now because this rogue Deep State is in its death throes.

My excuse for posting a day late is not so exciting. Thankfully, I'm not a targeted individual. I'm just up to my eyeballs in the usual assault that the 99% is experiencing to one extent or another right now: Slow-motion economic collapse, mind-numbing electro-smog pollution, covert geo-engineering programs that dump neurotoxic pollutants onto the masses, leading to overwhelming evidence in once-pristine Sierra snowpacks. I know enough to spend significant time and effort in detoxing from this pollution so I can think straight. And of course, there's the constant bombardment of one thing after another like tax day and the perennial jury duty summons.

I look over my body of work here in this blog, and there's really nothing more to say, except that I am quite relieved to see that the loosely knit Luciferian Slave/Master and child rape cults seem to be under the spotlight more and more. The NXIVM arrests constitute the tip of the iceberg. Pizzagate and Pedogate are very real. Ridding these degenerate, nightmarishly lawless, and parasitic elements from our governments and other trusted institutions should be at the very top of every sovereign nation's "National Security" priorities. With every passing day I am stunned and overjoyed to find that this does, indeed, seem to be the case, at least in the present-day United States under the leadership of Donald J. Trump. The unsealing of an unprecedented number of sealed indictments since he took office has just begun. There are also an unusually high number of high-level corporate resignations happening as well (see https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2017/11/10/us/men-accused-sexual-misconduct-weinstein.html for a primer). We will likely be stunned by one area of our lives being healed after another, as long as we continue to do the right thing in our own daily lives, working and praying for the healing of our planet.

The only truly disturbing matter of late (besides the take-down of the Cabal not coming quick enough) has been the continuing B.S. narrative regarding Syrian leader Assad gassing his own people, leading to US bombing targets in Syria again. Deja vu all over again, right? Coming from POTUS, however, this could be bizarre WWF-like theatre that might have to happen every once in a while. (Or, it could just be "Meet the New Boss, Same as the Old Boss," according to some.) The more I watch Trump in action, however, and studying "The Art of the Deal", the more I think that Trump and a hidden alliance of "White Hats" that back him are fighting the same Deep State that murdered JFK and coordinated 9/11.

This Alliance appears to be providing increased insight into the civil war happening below the surface in the form of "Q Drops". Some of the analysts I follow have called the Q-Anon material psy-ops. In one sense, I agree that it is a kind of psychological operation that unfortunately is needed at this time. A significant portion of the public is mind-controlled to a point of being a danger to themselves and/or others, requiring that people like Dr. Steve Pieczenik get involve in order to provide an undoing of covert malevolent hypnotic programming that has gone on for decades.

According to David Wilcock who regularly appears on the History Channel, this Alliance that backs Trump may eventually take down the parasitic Federal Reserve and also help to release thousands of patents that will make clean, inexpensive energy possible, eliminating the need for oil and coal. Other "Disruptive Technology" withheld for decades will soon assist regular people strugging with medical conditions and even allow for widespread space travel. A Golden Age is promised us, but first we need to clean house and actually deconstruct a massive and very real conspiracy.
