I thought about going to see Oliver Stone's Snowden movie last weekend, even plotted to smuggle in organic popcorn, candy, and a juice box. Yet the thought of doing something that much fun without my husband who's out on other business has no appeal. Perhaps next weekend. With the husband out and the kid at school, today is the perfect day to sing The Hammer Song with my ukulele and hammer out the monthly blog post. Due in a couple of days as I write, the subject of the Snowden movie is the perfect opener.
It seems the movie has terrific ratings by free thinking critics and average viewers--more sign of the public awakening. Not surprisingly however, all the establishment-owned media giants, even NPR picked sour critics for its review and general condemnation of real life Edward Snowden (see http://www.npr.org/2016/09/17/494356297/a-former-nsa-deputy-director-weighs-in-on-the-edward-snowden-movie).
This movie appears to be part of the slow-drip disclosure process of ugly and shocking truths (in Oliver Stone's style of dramatization) that people need to absorb before the liberation of humanity and the planet can ever truly begin en masse. Many currently in the process of ascension that includes debriefing, deprogramming, and healing, know that Edward Snowden isn't the first whisteblower to reveal that the US government left the Constitution reservation decades ago. Thanks to efforts of people like Snowden many of us are starting to see and feel some of the positive affects of this apocalyptic process by now, at least on the better days.
In other news, the global "elite" parasite crime syndicate's US presidential pick Hillary Clinton is dead, according to Benjamin Fulford's sources. This is coming from the man who predicted months in advance that Pope Benedict would resign--or so Ben's sources informed him. According to Fulford's sources, Clinton died on September 11th, a curiously timed event coinciding with the 15th anniversary of one of the darkest days in US history. Then, of course, there's the now notorios Benghazi events four years ago that I don't pretend to yet fully understand, but I bet she does (or did). And those following Fulford may remember the post about the bounties on high ranking Cabal members. No telling if she's on that list, but many including myself are fully convinced she is fully entrenched in the world of the Dark Cabal. Did she drink the Kool Aid? Who can say?
As mentioned in the last post, there's the temptation to sing ding-dong the witch is dead, and I've even witnessed some of this in the alt news community, but there is both danger in gloating (setting ourselves up for hubris) and still so much deprogramming, de-tox and other hygiene to do both inside and out before any real Golden Age can begin for the world.
In today's episode of Wisdom Teachings on Gaia TV David Wilcock spoke some about energetic or spiritual hygiene we need to be doing if we hope to endure these times. Holding hate in one's heart for anyone, including the Cabal's kingpins, their high profile goose-stepping puppets, and all their other order-following slaves only further empowers the parasites and further disempowers the masses. This is an area that I am still learning and growing. David in almost every episode touches upon spiritual/energetic hygiene matters, citing Law of One concepts. The Law of One material is very difficult reading for most, and only makes sense after some study, but it has a great deal of mundane world validation. With regards to spiritual or energetic hygiene, a good place to start is just simply by connecting with Source/Creator/The Universe/God/Allah/whatever one calls this highest power in prayer and meditation. How does one do that? Intend, believe, talk and listen. It takes practice. I return to this subject often because we have been for thousands of years in a struggle with parasitic elements (or unseen negative forces, whatever you want to call them) for domain of the planet and for the future of humanity. The outcome was from the very beginning decided in favor of reconnection with Source and a return to the dominance of symbiotic life (if that is what we also choose), but how smooth this collective transition takes place is still being determined as I write. It's also an individual process. Those who truly want to be in hell will be there for as long as they wish, probably just a little longer. Most people really don't want to be in hell, but they also haven't been privvy to spiritual realities besides what's been delivered to us by religions that have been co-opted by the parasitic element. Whether or not this was done for the purposes of effective learning by living out some wild action/adventure drama, and this nemesis is all contrived (which would explain the importance of the teachings regarding forgiveness, wouldn't it?), I really don't know for sure. However, the veils are coming down all around us. We are living in a time of transition which could take a few more minutes or another 500 years. In one sense time here is irrelevant, yet most of us are still dealing with matters that concern time and space. The sooner we learn to routinely connect to Source in a personal way, practice symbiosis and energetic/spiritual hygiene, the smoother and more brief this long-ago foretold difficult transition period will be. I'm not expressing this just because all the New Age gurus and channelers are saying similar things. I am doing so because I've personally noticed that things work out a lot smoother, life makes a little more sense when I do this.
There's a fictional work called the Celestine Prophesy--both a book and movie that covers this unseen landscape until it clearly can be seen. I stumbled upon the book and found that it dove-tailed or covered the very same concepts that I had learned in my week-long intensive with The Universe as a young adult. The Celestine Prophesy provides concepts and teachings that are the spiritual equivalents of regular exercise, handwashing and eating a balanced diet. Regular spiritual or energetic hygiene under the guidance of one's own divine connection often leads to good mental, physical, emotional and financial health as well as paranormal human abilities. It covers a wide range of areas such as time in prayer, meditation, mindfulness, service to others, compassionate or heart-centered living, and practices such as Yoga or Chi Kung. For today's purposes I focus on feeding the body and soul with mindful connection to Source and breaking the habit of attempting to manipulate others.

While we regularly see disinformation in alternative news, many are also starting to hone discernment skills, and I have seen a steady stream of whistle-blowers, all saying the same kinds of things, and this jives with the adage, "Power Corrupts, and Absolute Power Corrupts Absolutely." There's definitely smoke, there's most certainly fire, and I believe in checking it out before all that's left is ashes, and we're trying to sort out what happened while sifting through ashes. This is all highly controversial information, but Ben's stuff this time strikes me as accurate in the gut, heart and even my logical left brain, given all the signs I've seen of Hillary's congestive heart failure, knowing how grueling politics are, how much she's disliked, and how fallable western medicine is.
Look at the before and after photos. Presidents appear to age faster than average people. The realms of politics and the US Orwellian "security state" appear to be thoroughly populated with liars, degenerates and sociopathic back-stabbers of all kinds who have twice now, with impunity, admitted to losing trillions of our taxpayer dollars, are daily caught in lies and now numerous historic treasonous scandals that stretch the limits of imagination. For the simple reason of how shock and awe trauma disables a significant portion of the average nervous system, the criminals haven't really experienced any true worldly justice. What happens when we evolve, as life appears to have done for millions of years in favor of survival of the fittest, that is, survival of the most adaptable and most cooperative? And can these outlaws forever run from karma, Natural or Universal Law? Probably not. Especially when we appeal in large numbers to the Universal Architect and cooperate with each other, adding coherence to each others efforts.
The emerging copious and damning evidence concerning the alliance responsible for JFK's death is ground zero in my eyes. 9-11 Truth is a formidable concentric circle with Sandy Hook yet another clearly emerging. And there are many, many more examples of these: The micro coup d'etats, false flags and other much bigger mind-boggling scandals as more insiders come forward and their information is vetted. Snowden is a fantastic example so far, despite the claims of various order-followers. Then there's the matter of all the disclosure leaks from different sources on how the scales have tipped recently with regards to secret space programs, their secret wars and wars in other unseen realms, those of extra-terrestrials and extra-dimensonals. This I have quietly followed for decades, and there appears to be more copious but hypnotically denied truth here as well. It may well explain what happened to those missing US military TRILLIONS OF US TAXPAYER DOLLARS.
A good chunk of people still don't even want to approach these taboo topics, thanks to the brilliant social engineering that's taken place over the last few decades. This entire picture may take decades to adequately debrief the general public on and to put into functional context. But then there's the surprising speed with which the masses are awakening, uniting, and stumbling upon the greater spiritual picture, so perhaps it won't be such a leap. We are now holding the wild card of the galactic pulse or superwave, so things are bound to get even more interesting in this late night card game.
It is time for me to wrap up and leave my pick of alt new gems here. Some of these will sparkle a little brighter than others, but I do believe that all of these works have merit for consideration with discernment*. Alex Jones is probably not the best example of coherence at times, but he is one of the forerunners in the full-disclosure/truth movement, interviewing whistleblowers and data-dumpers decades ago before some of us questioned authority at all. I do advise not grazing entirely in the Alex Jones terrain, as it's akin to a strict adherence to a Winter Paleo Diet. I bring him up because his work is especially controversial. I personally feel that he's misled in his big push for Donald Trump (but doesn't one see how they both resonate in their levels of boisterous agitation at times--and I can understand going into fits over this stuff). I also cringe at the appearance of Alex's equating all Islamic peoples with US-Sponsored Terror groups in some of his shows. Then again I've seen him do these about-face stances and just as passionately affirm the freedom of religion declared in our US Constitution, bringing on peaceful Muslims to interview in a respectful way or going all uber-spiritual, having a typical epiphany for half a minute. Alex Jones most of the time, however, appears so completely immersed in the realm of the linear and logical, the nuts and bolts aspects of these times we're living in, which some would call a good thing. Yet I know and I think he knows there's more to our world than just the mundane or Newtonian Reductionist explanations. Alex is a good example of the dangers of staying in intensely charged emotional states. While I can feel compassion for it, even resonate for a while with it, I cannot stay in that space for very long. One needs to calm down for long enough to look into a microscope or replenish neurotransmitters. There is a place for Alex, I contend, as the agitator or the debrider. But just as important are the hope-inspirers, the calmly reflective journalists and poets, the sacred wisdom-keepers and others' perspectives on current events.
